Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Great range and prices. Highly recommended!

My experience here has been decent, depends on the staff. Most times their kind and every time they're very informative, though recently I headed in to get a new pod for my novo 2. I asked for a 1.2 mesh but they only had a 1.0, I told the staff member that im new to vaping and used a 1.0 already but it felt very harsh using nic salt juice (30mg), though they reassured me the 1.0 mesh would work well. As my previous 1.0 pod had a crack in it, I assumed that had some fault in it so I took his word and purchased it. I filled the pod, waited 30 minutes for the juice to settle then hit it. Absolutely burned my throat, I've had 60 nic vapes that are less harsh than that. I can't even refund it as it's opened now.

I haven't been back into this store in years until recently,because I was literally ignored by 2 staff,1 busily doodling & the other was apparently "helping a customer on the phone"(even though she hung up with,K Love U babes)Anyways..Yesterday We were welcomed into this awesome establishment with a smily Kia Ora from a guy who has obviously been well trained to help ensure the customer walks away happy. This time Shosha staff were 1000% Customer conscious. We'll definitely be back.

I buy my vaping stuff from this store. It's always great when Joshua is on the shift. He is a great bloke and very professional, he suggests new products and very helpful and chatty. Keep up the good work Joshua.

Never really had an issue with this shosha except for when they dont stock up. Like if you guys are running out of stock after then basic inventory management will tell you to get more each week until its stock piled enough...

All a pro vaper needs in one spot plus a great variety of accessories. Friendly staff too .

This shop only had the latest gear. It's great. The staff here are so knowledgeable on all of their products. If you are a novice or have been using their purifiers for a while then no worries. I am a novice and they were so helpful. The store does have a very plain and bland floor design and decor being plain white but the service and quality products make up for it. Would probably only appeal to mainstream vap'ers. Plus I'm glad they have revamped the boring old and outdated Chinese medics shop into Shosha.

This Shosha is great ... the staff their are always engaging and very helpful. They know what each item does and how it can work for you. The only downfall is I have to travel from home to there ... so really there is none.... great products and staff

The are brilliant, very friendly and helpful. However, do not under any circumstances buy Shosha juice made in-house, it's pure poison. Made me sick and it took me a while figure out it was their vape mix, as soon as I stopped caring it and switched to another brand, I got well again. Shosha, your staff are an asset, your vape juice is deadly poison - Start making proper juice please, you have a moral obligation to your customers.

My Greek pops found what turned out to be a tobacco burner on top of a wall so we took it in here to find out the whatwherealls of it. the agent at the counter knew his stuff and no it wasn't a vapo device. It was what it was. He even knew how to turn the screen on and off on the thing with five clicks which baffled me up until then. Anyways we left satisfied until we got to Takapuna when Pops found he had suddenly lost his wallet. He Greek like I said, so this was going to be a drama until I said consolingly "Why don't I look up the Shosha store in Link Drive, mebe you left it there. I can ring them!" So I found it on my phone and rang them and the same fellah answered and yes they had it. Maybe this was karma for pops finding the utensil, then forgetting his precious at the place where we got the infos on the find, but it's a good place with HONEST staff and they know their stuffs. I gotta say tho' fellahs, like, can you get a door buzzer that doesn't quite set off the pineal gland in four dimensions. It's a real ear-spitter. Thanks :)

Got good advice as to what I should buy considering the amount of smokes I smoke. Guy was helpful and showed me how to fill tank up and when to change the coil

Great service!! I've been to other vape shops including other shosha shops and never recieved such great service, not sure of the man's name but he went above and beyond!!
