Feb 2022 Amazing to try on the Louis Erard regulator ! The Hourglass Singapore special edition. Such fun way to look at the time ! Great collaboration piece . 2022 surprised by new addition of the German brand Nomos ! In house movement of great value , sleek design language with see through case back available ! Dec 2021 Christmas visit Received a very warm welcome by the team at The Hour Glass Auckland. Exceptional service and dedication by the team to assist me to go one step up along my horological journey. Special shout out to Sylvia and Fong to help me securing an outer space kind of dream watch. Happy 42th anniversary to The Hour Glass ! I look forward to many years of enjoyment to come! Nov 2021 Daytona feast First visit after the retail opens up Utterly surprised by the number of Rolex exhibition pieces available to view and for trying on ! The rose gold Daytona is a heavy hitter alright ! there were 3 Daytonas, black stainless steel , two tones were amongst with this rose gold Danni was very patient and fed my hunger , at the same time told me intriguing stories behind brands and creative design of bvlgari octo. I should be back for such delightful experience! Aug 2021 Another well worthy visit to the boutique just before lockdown Checked out the bvlgari world record breaking watches. There were plenty of stock of various models including something for the ladies. The boutique had plenty of foot traffic , however every customer was served promptly. I particularly like the fact that during the viewing process there was no interruption, the service was tailormade and dedicated as always at The Hour Glass Viewing experience with Fong was a horological feast as always July 2021 Back at the store again to pick up a Rolex piece that went in for a repair. Being the Official Rolex Service Centre , the watch went through stringent testing to make sure it met the highest standard as dictated by Rolex. The process was efficient and professional with very quick turn around time. I was updated regularly. Upon arrival I received excellent service by Paula and Sam, whom assisted me to try on some stunning pieces ! A pleasure as always ! July2021 My favourite store in NZ ! There is often exhibition of various unique pieces from brands such as Rolex, Hublot etc ... There are plenty of stock of various brands and Fong would always go the extra mile to discuss my need. Whether you are buying for occasion, seasoned collector or simply a casual browse, I would strongly recommend The Hour Glass Auckland ! Jan 2021 Visited the Rolex exhibition and got to check out the latest models in metal. Despite a huge crowd I had great service as always by Fong. walked away with a Loingines. An entertaining experience ! visit in Dec 2020 I had a very Merry Christmas at The Hour Glass Auckland . The boutique experience has been top notch and consistent over the many times that I visited the boutique. The sales team was attentive to me providing personalised advice while shopping for my self and also looking for a gift. There were Plenty of stock of various brands. The new Hublot was eye opening and the Oris was very affordable. Thanks to the GREAT Sales Team,special shout out to Fong and Sylvia. Without needing to travel oversea, the best boutique experience can be had at the heart of Auckland CIty ! Oct 2020 I had the best thing that happened in 2020 when I visited The Hour Glass. Sylvia, Paula and Fong have been exceptional in customer service, helping me buying what I like. It's tailor-made professional service without pressure. Fong always extends my knowledge and passion for watches, always available for a pleasant chat any time of the week. Through the purchases , The Hour Glass has helped me celebrate many milestones in my life. I would highly recommend this boutique experience.

My mother bought a watch from The Hour Glass today. Paula is really nice and friendly and she is really professional. Danni Wang is the best person I have dealt with in a watch shop so far. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very patient through the whole process. I ended up buying my first Tudor. Although this is the first purchase from her, I'm sure this won't be the last.

When I entered the store, I felt very comfortable and every shop assistant smiled when they saw me, which was different from other jewelry and watch stores I went to. At that time, my friend took me to Paula, who received me and introduced Rolex and Tudor watches in detail with great patience.
