D.Rung up 5 different far bigger businesses trying to find a replacement floor switch for a foot lamp. The bro knew exactly what I was talking about had the part in stock. I've now got a working light can't thank the bro enough.
I.Lighting Centre saved the day!! I was having a party and the outside light blew, they were amazing in that they ensured swift delivery. This was a lightbulb I could not find elsewhere and it arrived within four days. Thanks to them no injuries due to poor lighting - thank you so very much!!
T.Bought online 2 outdoor 'stainless steel' outdoor lanterns from The Lighting Centre. 6 months after installing them, they were covered in rust - which is of course unexpected. I sent an e-mail with photos to The Lighting Centre to tell that I was unhappy. I received an answer from Nial less than 30 minutes after, who did not make any issue recognizing it was a defective product and since the product was no longer available, refunded me immediately.
Very impressive customer service, probably the best I have witnessed in NZ so far. I can only recommend them strongly.
