Excellent service and a wonderful selection of products. My purchases arrived packaged in a beautiful box that felt very high end and luxurious. I was instantly excited to open it (very carefully so that I could reuse that awesome box!) to see what was inside. And I was not dissapointed.

Excellent customer service. Ordered several crochet hooks online over the weekend. They phoned me Monday. As one hook was unavailable, asked if I wanted to arrange a substitute brand. It was the one hook I absolutely needed for the next step in my WIP (the other hooks were to complete my set, not for immediate use), so yes, absolutelyneeded a substitute brand the same size! The hooks arrived Wednesday.

We lost touch with this beautiful crafts shop which we went to often when it was in Ellerslie. Very cramped premises. Wow, we found it again at its new address. Went to the store to check paper crafting items that show on website only to find out they are online only. Did not see that specification on the site since I did not click on each item to get more info as it's list view said in stock. My suggestion would be to make it clear in list view if something is online only.

Incredible selection of crafts here! I came for embroidery stuff and was astounded at the selection, by far the biggest selection I have seen in any shop In New Zealand, well worth the drive and I'm dissapointed I didnt come sooner! Certainly worth the extra 5 minute drive if you were going to head to Mt Wellington Spotlight or worth the drive from anywhere else too! Incredible range of hoops, all sizes and both plastic and beautiful nurge wooden ones. Along with full ranges of DMC threads and Anvhor threads. Also a huge selection of many hotique branfs of embroidery threads, so an immense selection. I wont be going anywhete else for embroidery supplies now! Very well priced, and great to know they have an online service with reasonable shipping costs!

I have just started quilting and discovered this shop online. It is a bit of a trip from the North Shore for me; however, well worth it. I have been there 3 times now and each time the service has been friendly and knowledgable, with some great advice for someone staying out. This business clearly has an established clientele who have also been helpful with advice. I am only into quikting at present, great supply of wonderful fabrics and other accessories for patchwork. Soon as I got in the door, I felt like I was in craft heaven. Find the corner corresponding with your craft of choice and start drooling 🤤 at the array available. Didn't want to leave but they were closing the doors... OK so it was closing time, but still, I wasn't doneeeee!

Awesome haberdashery shop, there aren't many in Auckland so I'm happy to discover this gem. They have an awesome range of stuff including some papercraft stuff that you can only buy overseas. It is really pricey, but if you are having to buy online, you probably break even. Lovely staff too

The only place to have great stock of tapestry frames which are super light to use, and plenty of tapestry yarn and cottons. The staff are pleasant and very knowledgeable. Lots of other craft, wool, embroidery, fabrics and lots more.

It was one of the most beautiful shops I've ever walked into .it was magical . It had every craft that you've ever wanted to discover . Well stocked , clean and colourful . And the service was wonderful .

Have visited a couple of times in the past. A little out of my way, but needed some embroidery threads I can't get anywhere else. Took my elderly counted cross stitch teacher over today, to get some embroidery threads. We had a ball browsing through all the cross stitch patterns! Then the rain came......in truckloads!!! So we had to shelter inside until it eased off. What a shame to be stuck inside a craft shop....... NOT! HAHA. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. If I won Lotto, I could go berserk in here!

Having had a not so great experience and voicing my opinion in a post. The Ribbon Rose people came back to me in less than an hour after my post and not by messenger but with a personal call. They have been extremely sympathetic and offered to work something out to resolve the issue. Thank you Gina and Jon I really appreciate the effort you have made. Ribbon Rose is one of my favourite must-visit quilting fabric, notions, wool, craft shops in Auckland. It's huge! Covering a range of crafts from paper, ink, fabric, wool and tapestry (to name a few) it is essential you allow plenty of time to browse. Outside the door free car parking means visiting is super-convenient. Stockists of Bernina range of sewing machines.
