n.Well known The Warehouse brand. All know what they do. This is a bigger store. Warehouse Extra. Enough parking. Served me good.
A.A $20 piece can add so kuch value to your house . Warehouse have even great place for deco recently.
D.Good experience purchasing art products had a bit of trouble with communication at the helpdesk probably because of new hire employees. Store seems empty, not many workers during the day most likely due to COVID. Parking area sees a lot of foot traffic so keep valuables out of view especially in the mornings and afternoons.
C.Lloyd was awesome he helped me find a small pool chemical kit which was showing as available on the app, but wasn't on the shelf, he found some out back. Great outcome.

F.Wow! Clicked & collected from here the other day... Man, I am IMPRESSED! They had an awesome easy to use, easy to understand, & totally functioning queuing for pick up system. Simple & easy. Efficient staff & no muck around either. Congratulations management! Job well done!
S.This is one of the bigger Warehouse shops. It is a busy store but because of the size it never seems over crowded. The one highlight of this place that I enjoy everytime is a very young at heart Asian gentleman working on the checkouts. He will spark up a conversation with every customer he serves, and you can't help but leave with a smile on your face and him wishing you well. Gold star for him!!!
Staff like him make shopping in store a happy time!!!

C.Nothing out of the ordinary today. A few good sales on, you will generally find something you want/need when visiting.
B.Great store, however, it would be good if you updated your "COVID19 open hours" on your website/ google search. I was there at 7am (as per your advertised open hours) before work only to find you don't open until much later! Very frustrating.
L.Did click and collect order Thursday pm, picked it up yesterday lunchtime. Fantastic service, social distancing and hygiene protocols great. Out of 4 stores I went to yesterday to pick up click and collect orders, this was the best by far!!!

A.Great place to shop however went to pick up a click and collect only bot to be given all my things contacted the customer service specialist via live chat I must add was helpfully however the only thing is when speaking with there specialist and the store team not once did I get an apology for the inconvenience caused. Besides this everything was fine.
M.Even though I had to wait an hour for my online purchases at the counter today (04/01/18)and the service for that was poor I must say that the assistance I received from the security guard was a 5star. He came and asked me if I was ok waiting so long and tried to help. He should get employee of the month. Not an easy job that he does. Good one.

L.Large warehouse department store, great prices, everything from TVs to shampoo, your bound to find what your looking for, and pick up other items. Have a good look around very surprised how much clearence products and good specials instore when you have a good look.
M.Absolutely love this place! Fell in love with it the first time I went to a Warehouse store (which was in Queens Street in the CBD). Everything is very affordable and reasonable. Quality is decent. Now my -only- complaint (which I hope it's only with this particular store) is that the sizes on the hangers don't match 50% of the time. So definitely check the clothing article as well before buying. And sometimes things will have been opened. But besides that, it's nice!
G.Make the trip to Sylvia Park if you can instead. Manukau has consistently long queues at customer service, a generally messier store and a dark, badly laid out carpark
A.Huge store, friendly staff members, plenty of items to choose from. Some of the items are also quite unique to this store. Parking spaces are plenty. However, staff members are very slack with picking up phones; so better visit them in person, or do online ordering.
L.Self service seems the way to go these days. Thankfully the store was tidier and quieter on this visit. However a number of items I was looking at had no visible prices and I did not have the ability to take them to a barcode checker because of size and because I found it difficult to manage to do that with my injury.

S.It's fantastic EXCEPT double check your sizing on the hanger VS the size on the actual piece of clothes/shoes you're buying. I have bought so many smalls that were hanging on a hanger marked LARGE. Get it right.
A.I went in shopping last night with my family and tbh they had a fantastic sale on so bought few things but came on checkouts and a new lady was on can't blame her for items scanning at its original price she had no idea how to correct etc😅and then young girl YASHNA came on self checkouts and she was AMAZING 😁im just putting out there she was great excellent customer service!
R.Lots of in-store deals with bargain bins everywhere. Great variety and one of the bigger stress in the Auckland area. Ample parking along with amenities and an attached Hollywood bakery. Get your shopping done and feed the family along the way.
U.20Dec18 10:20AM I still love the Warehouse though I don't shop here as much as did. But bargains on Pyrex bowls, baking tins and trays, men's business socks .. what more can a Samoan-Kiwi Patriot want? This morning five days before Christmas I used the self checkout facility. So much better than the old days, not that long ago, when customers had to endure slow queues at the standard staffed-checkouts. The Warehouse is a Kiwi icon and I'm crossing my fingers that the Board and CEO will fix it's service model. Keep up the great work and bargains
26Nov16 It's true! This is a place where everyone gets a bargain. Huge, well lit, stacks of racks of merchandise to meet almost all your needs.
P.So we ended up at Manukau Branch just few hours ago for a exchange...I can say the warehouse security (wise and aged) guy at the door was very helpful and pleasant, the guy at the exchange counter was really great and top it all up the lady cashier who served us was delightful. I am sorry that I couldnt get your names...but thanks once again for the wonderful service.
F.It sure would be nice if all the maternity clothes were together rather than strewn throughout the women's section. Staff were helpful though.
O.I usually like coming in here to browse around. I also notice that they don't display enough school uniform for a college my daughter go to. They used to have lots on the rack but lately it hardly anything
A.Love the items execpt we bought my daughters shoes from there with the lights and it sets off any checkpou t we pass, they couldnt even figure out why it was still beeping after they had scanned it. They told us theres nothing else they could do and to just ignore it. Little did i know it will be the start of a nightmare. I have taken it back but they said the same thing " just ignore the beeping!" So my daughter doesnt wear them anymore when we go to any shop because it will set off any checkpoint of avery store we walk past or close to. Its annoying everyone looks at is like we've just run off with a pair of shoes

G.Whenever I go here before entering the warehouse there is always lots of rubbish at the entrance and rubbish bins are always full where rubbish over flows to the floor. Creates an unpleasant experience before you even walk into the store.
K.Always here is bustling. But it is deserved to wait for quotes. Normally prices are reasonable. And it is only the space has lots of selections in Manukau city.
P.Its love hate relationship with the warehouse. Some weeks its the best place to shop at, other weeks its not. Luckily, I have more love weeks than hate. Its a mainstay on my places to shop at roster.
C.Not as good as The Warehouse use to be. Staff standards have dropped and the stock I'd nowhere near as good as it one was. Use to shop there all the time but only use The Warehouse for product specific items

D.Huge warehouse centre with everything available under one roof. From clothing to gardening tools to linens. Variety is immense and very helpful staff.

J.I love the warehouse I just hate how busy Manukau one can get. They either need more staff on the counters or faster checkout operators.
H.It's in Manukau, so expect someone to smack their door into your car in the carpark, be accosted for donations by religious groups in front of the entrance and, a lot of the stock to be ripped open from the packaging and parts stolen.
N.This is the place I drop into all the time always lots of bargains and I seem to leave with more than I went in to get the assistance you get and the courtesy shown to me makes me keep going back
