Outstanding customer service. I had called ahead of time inquiring about a shelf that the website said they had in stock. Guy was most professional as he checked their stock supplies and rang me back within 10 minutes to confirm they had some available and placed it on hold for me. When arriving, Shivani, at the customer services desk assisted me by promptly processing the transaction as well as collected a trolley and placed it inside for me as she could see I was heavily pregnant. She also arranged that another young man help me load it into my car. I was completely blown away by their thoughtfulness, help and assistance. Thank you for making it such a smooth, easy and pleasant shopping experience.

A usual decent warehouse outlet. Has most of the stuff they you might get in other warehouse. Has good selection of toys sections and sports gears for kids and adults.

This is a medium sized Warehouse store that has a little bit of everything. So from BBQ's to toys, clothes to food, it is all here and easily accessible. Great for quick everyday shopping. Plus big bonus, as far as NZ is concerned, all stores offer free wifi.

We really like shopping in the Warehouse stores all over New Zealand during our 14 months here. This store has a great selection of all sorts of items that you might need for your home or family. We have found in traveling around New Zealand that the Warehouse stores are always the best place to find what we need at the best prices. We have bought kitchen supplies, cookware, food, clothing, cosmetics, travel supplies, shoes, medications, and many other miscellaneous items in these stores over the last year, and their prices are almost always the best in comparison to other stores. The staff at this store has always been friendly and helpful, too. Even during the Covid lockdowns, etc. I gave this store 4 stars, only because sometimes it seems a little disorganized, but the store is clean, and they will help you if you can’t find something. We will miss the Warehouse stores when we leave New Zealand!

This Warehouse always seems to be quiet when I go there so it's pleasant to shop there without the crowds. It's on the smaller size compared to others so doesn't always have everything you see online in stock.

I found this Warehouse parking more accessible to the community and have sufficient disable parkings right at the front door of the New Market Warehouse .Love shopping at this Warehouse as I know there's a parking for my car

pretty average warehouse, not a lot of stock

Great place near to to town to get anything you may need, is near bus routes and also always been able to find parking spaces here. Good place to get and try on clothes, handy for household goods like drawers, ironining boards, towels and kitchenware also has good stationary section. Never had any problems here getting what I need. Great for gym wear too.

This isn’t the best Warehouse and really could do with being renovated.

This 5 star review is for Colin! Thanks Colin for saving my family from a cold night. Our heater died 15 min to 9pm and I drove to Warehouse New Market, arrived at 9pm, store was just closed, I knocked on the door and Colin let me in so I could get the heater. I am now writing this review next to a warm heater just purchased from New Market Warehouse. Thanks to Colin!

Great selection, unbeatable prices. The Warehouse has really come so far. They cover all my shopping needs. Well impressed. Great clothing range, art supplies, bedding and kitchenware... Highly recommend... Have never had any problems when comes to returning items...

The shop itself is quite messy and hard to find stuff in. But I shopped here today and the checkout operator lady named Ata was so lovely! She served us with a genuine smile and looked very enthusiastic to be there! Even said a few phrases in te reo which we unfortunately didn't understand but loved her for using one of the official languages of NZ! Lovely lady Ata was and great service by her!

I love this Warehouse. It’s weird to say that. But I used to come here a lot on my way home from work so I got really familiar with it. I think the customer service staff are excellent here. The only thing is they don’t sell many garden or pets stuff, I guess because it’s a smaller Warehouse than many of the others in Auckland. So you can’t get potting soil or dog toys. Now we live closer to the new branch in Stonefields/Lunn Ave, but I feel nostalgic about the Newmarket one. Cheers guys!

Shop here often and am usually served by Tilly. She always has a positive attitude and is just genuinely nice to deal with. Thank you Tilly for making the weekly coffee run to the Ware Whare more enjoyable!

Shopping at this warehouse was like a well salivated mouth on a hot day at the beach but your lips are still dry. Pretty good but could've been better. There was no sausage sizzle out the front which is really key to the warehouse shopping experience.

This Warehouse is good when you need last minute things that won’t take long to just grab and go. Pick up online orders or sorting out returns is good here. Otherwise, go to Pah Road Warehouse. Bigger selection, more parking, less hassle. When they mean surveillance parking here, it is really tight surveillance. Make sure you get a new 30mins free parking ticket again if you think you need another 10mins after the first free 30mins, or you will most likely pay a lot more than if you park outside.

Doesn't have some items that the larger stores have, and the aisles are quite narrow, not the best if you're buying lots of things and need a trolley. Also, you only get 30mins of free parking. Beware, carpark is Wilson and they ticket right away if you overstay by a few minutes, for $65.

Good range and value.

This warehouse is quite large, many warehouse products are selling. However it looks a little bit messy, they should organize and display the products better than it is. There is a car park behind, parking free 30 minutes, in case you buy a car park ticket, there will be 2 nzd return when we buy goods with the receipt of at 10 nzd up.

For anything you need in a hurry if it's an emergency for the home or just small items at relatively cheap prices or simply shopping for. Bargains the warehouse is pretty much were you can find it if you are shopping in the morning lunchtime or evening. Located in New Market next too Noel lemmings.

Good staff and wide (varying) selection of stock

The security guard is rude. I went there to buy microwave oven .i parked my car in the basement. I went up to use the toilet, I ask politely the guard about using their toilet and he said " only for customers" I told him I am a customer. I went back to the basement and show my receipt. Rude security guard. Bad service.

Lunchtime on a Friday is a relatively quiet time to shop but there was still a line at checkout. Clothing options were limited but had second item half price.

One of the best place in New Zealand to buy anything you want with good quality and for a fare price. They have so many branches all around in Auckland, NZ. Highly Recommend it.

Imagine going into Newmarket's Warehouse and finding rare BluRay discs if classical musicians such as the French countertenor Phillipe Jaroussky singing 17th and 18th century songs. For $8.00!! That's a bargain and I will return there.

Went there looking for a bicycle lamp, only one option, so that was a little disappointing. Not a large store in comparison to the ones I have normally used and the parking situation was a little complex.

This is my go to The Warehouse. It seems to have stock that other Warehouses don't. I also love the 30 minutes free parking in the car park. Just be sure to get a ticket for the free 30 minutes.

Good place to get some cheap stuff like sheets and basic house stuff. Always compare against other places, specially online. And don't buy electronics.

Like all Warehouses well stocked with specials but this one has a good arange of Music Dvds Movies discounts galore clean also

Pretty old by the looks of things, but has everything you need to waste some money on goodies! bear in mind all Warehouses are pretty much the same product.

Smaller then most Warehouse stores and feels more chaotic. Perhaps this is due to attempts to pack as much as they can in. No customer service but this is there norm for the Warehouse, your presumably trading service for pricing.

Seems smaller than a normal warehouse but it’s close to town and has the essentials. Does not have a pet food section.

Has everything you could need. Sometimes lack stock of certain items but not too bad. Pricing cant be beaten.

The staff are mostly nice and they sell cheap milk too, no pretenses, it's The Warehouse! Sadly this branch will close for good next year...

Great for cheap and cheerful. You pays your money you take your chances. The opportunity to take it back and get a refund speaks volumes.

The Warehouse is an awesome household store that caters to one and all. Great prices with superb bargains round the year .

Sells almost everything with rather low price. Quality is reasonably ok. Doesn't stock as much as other larger shops, though.

It's a warehouse. So you know.... But the staff were very kind to let my kid use the staff toilets. So extra points.

I forgot my gym clothes, and I was able to pick up some cheap shorts and a singlet so I could go to the gym.

Selection is better than CBD's Warehouse but still lacking compared to most Warehouses around the country.

Most of all these places have dropped in standards not like previously we're service and there product were a priority now with the like of over seas countries being able to produce goods cheaper but not of the quality that's expected from them

The Warehouse in Newmarket was similar to that of that Warehouses I have visited. The shelves were quite messy and the store layout, in my opinion, was a bit disorganised.

Slightly cluttered but if you take the time to browse, there's some pretty good discounts and things for sale

Average Warehouse experience. Parking can be a bit of a pain as you have to get through Newmarket (dependent on the time of day). It's certainly not the most modern Warehouse in Auckland to visit.
