Excellent place to shop your day today household stuff at good price. They have all the products with variety of range in quality and price. The staff is very helpful and kind. Plenty of place for car parks. Open 7 days a week. The entertainment section is good and now they have Warehouse SIM which uses 2 degree network and gives plans much cheaper plans.

Have been using click and collect a few times during lockdown. Takes a bit longer (3-4days)before the orders are ready to pick up which is understandable under current lock down situation. Usually a queue of people waiting for the orders outside of store. But all very well organized while one staff taking your order number and pass it to the staff at the back to grab them and another staff calling your name and pass the order to you after another little wait.

Tons of parking, Can only pick up from online shopping at the moment. However even though confirmation email that order was ready for pick up, it wasn't. Lots of time lost waiting, then they were missing one item. Need to go back another time to pick up item already paid for(hopefully).

Nikki was amazing, so helpful and friendly! 🙂 Royal Oak is my go-to Warehouse, always so neat and well organised.

Awesome place to shop. Sometimes with great deals. All the staff are friendly here too. Very happy everytime I go :)

Clean and tidy, same good range of goods as other stores. But music got pretty loud all of sudden, turned down, then up again. I am not judging anybody's music tastes but it was a little annoying while I was doing shopping in-store.

Great store, great prices. Wide range of products and great handy location. We visit often to pick up some essentials. Would be great if they added some more supermarket items there.

Accidentally purchased the incorrect charger and returned it in a condition that was unsellable. I got served ny Nadia who was extremely helpful and fully understood me. For this reason I give her and the Warehouse Royal Oak 5 stars

One of the staffs was very helpful in helping every customer and the range of things they have there is good.

Spoke to 4 different staff members 1st 3 were TERRIBLE All made me feel like I was a hassle. That said the last team member ABBEER from customer service was outstanding . Please train your staff

Just like any other warehouse around, havent experienced bad customer service here yet as every other reviews have mentioned, but i usually just use the self check out. Plenty of parking out front of store.

Large store, everything you need and more. Modern, the store is not dark or cramped. Staff and helpful and friendly, although they need to pay attention to the long queues. Plenty of parking, great for wheel chair access

This branch of the warehouse seems different to most. Clean with stock well presented on the shelf. What made my visit was the fact that every staff member who I came across within the store greeted me with a very cherry good morning and everyone was smiling. Well done management. You must run a very good business

Very helpful young man .(Brendon) At the TV station desk. Went through the various options to suit our requirements. Ended up buying a TV .with built in DVD. My girlfriend found a rope hammock she liked. For $29 . At the counter it was $79. We queried the price. A large and small hammocks had been grouped together. Under the same price. The warehouse manager said it was there mistake . And would honor the price. It is very nice to see a store and staff. Commit to looking after there customers experience. And own there mistake of labeling. And step forward with grace and integrity. Well done the warehouse Royal oak. Brent Fowler

awesome experience for the customer service at this place. i got flat battery today and the staff at reception desk named Ross did me the great favor fo jump started my car. he really saved me otherwise i have to walk home. many thanks to him and warehouse.

Excellent customer service by a young woman (Abigale) on the Music section today. The store was short staffed and we were after some wool. Waited ages for someone to come but nothing. Then Abigale turned up and went out of her way to assist us, even though it was not her Dept, finally finding what we were after on the very top shelf and tucked away at the back!!! Well done. And all done with a lovely smile. Thank you Abigale :-)

Big store, really clean with a lot of discounter bins. 1$ food and cleaning items are great. There is a great diversity of items. The Warehouse is a little bit like Walmart or Kmart. There are no self checkout registers but there were a lot of cash open and check out went fast.

Really big store, large selection. Staff were really helpful when we couldn't find a product. Friendly staff at the register too. Garden area could use a bit more care though, saw lots of dead/dying plants.

Lack of range and quality can be fustrating. Royal store does have some issues compared with say the Airport Warehouse. Need more checkout staff too. On the positive side location/parking is great. Plus you can get a bargin.

I love coming to this particular warehouse because it offers a wide range of products to cater to anyone needs. If you need something you will most likely find it here, a gift for a wedding or birthday to everyday household items. It is affordable depending on what you need to buy and the quality is good also. I particularly love shopping in the clothing clearance section, you can't beat $4-5 t-shirts and any marked down clothing under 10.

Very big store. Clean and bright. Good service. I in joy popping in for a look at what they have on special. And they always seem to have something I might like. Try visiting this Warehouse plenty of good parking you might have a nice shopping .

Nilot a big fan of big concrete shops, but I have nothing to complain about this outlet. Staff are helpful enough, good parking, good public transport options, good place. Cafe nearby to regain your sense of self afterwards!

Boy did I enjoy going here on a late Thursday night. Parking was easy, and i was suprised that at 7.00 pm not many people around. I will visit here again, most of the time, Warehouse parking is normally packed and parking well you know.

Totally terrible. We went to get sis's b day present and walked away with load's more. The bargins were to good to pass up. My daughter and son are very happy with the bits and bobs they got. My bank account not so much.

Staff member in the wheelchair answered query very gently. Good service.

Went in for a plastic bin container and came out with a gaming console and 8 games, 3 bags full of clothes, junk food and face products hahahaha ...forgot the container. Electronics and check out staff were awesome.

Huge selection of everything from electronics, clothing to plants for your garden. What the warehouse lacks in class it more than makes up for in pure availability. Need something and not sure where to go? Chances are you can find it here, cheaper and when you need it - open till 10pm 7 days a week!

Excellent customer service but ALWAYS check the price you have been charged on in store advertised specials on your receipt. Have found it to be incorrect on several ocassions. Friendly customer service sorts it easily but just an otherwise unnessesary hassle.

I was able to get what i wanted and in my budget. There was enough choice to make my decision. It was a microwave oven. Working excellent. End of the day a happy customer !

Lots of things to look at but not really a good Mall. Very spacious room for more shops plus only one juice bar and one small eatery this place could be utilized much better as there are three stories to it.

Plenty of parking at Warehouse Royal Oak. They have a good range of products at the usual warehouse prices. Don't expect top end products. It is all about getting what you pay for.

When they have clearance sales you can get some decent bargains. Pretty low quality stuff but if you're a DIY type and just need some basic shapes and stuff which you will improve, worth it.

This store is our most frequently visited of all Warehouse stores. It's well kept and staff are always friendly. It's also our local store which is very convenient.

Wide product range is available, however shelves sometimes are a bit messy to find stuff comparing to other warehouse stores. Reasonable price, so you get what you pay for.

That place is good with the staff and the way they treat the customer's and with there program that the high school's do for there gateway students is also nice when they come in and work for a day for a certain amount of weeks like what I did in year 12 not to shure what you call it but they are all good

Recently I visited the Warehouse Westgate store on Sat 23June.....Wow Wow Wow it was such a great experience to shop.. the new improvements in their layout of their store is fabulous. could find the things I needed easily..Thankyou Warehouse Westgate

Best thing having a Warehouse in Whitianga .Forty minute drive from Cooks Beach or you can catch the ferry from Ferry Landing then just a short walk then you are in town with ample restaurants and watering holes for beer and wine.And of cause the Warehouse.

Inquiring about freeview of which I know nothing about. Complimented staff supervisor of area. His knowledge amazing. Said after 11yrs you learn a lot. Specific trainjng not given tbey self teach and pick up on the job. He should be s trainer.😊😊 Didnt get his name sorry.

The Warehouse at Royal Road offers a large range of products and because it of its size it has a large choice and good display area for furniture etc.

A big store that is easily accessible and stores most utilities. Must visit to dave time as got most things under one roof.
