J.Just completed my DIY bathroom renovation, installing wall & floor tiles; Having bought all material from Tile Depot, Manukau, I visited this store for picking up few bits again, I casually asked the Manager (Mark) how do I drill holes on tiles for plumbing & electrics cable entry, expecting him to sell me a tungsten carbide / diamond tipped hole saw and a diamond blade for my angle grinder. But this gentleman said, bring your tiles to be drilled with marking and I will cut them for you. The next day, I turned up with 2 or 3 tiles and he made the holes for me while I waited. It was so nice of him to do that (so that I didn’t have to invest in tools, for that one-off job). The floor tiles were ground in an arc where I had to go around the shower unit.
This place is amazing for the level of customer support. They are very knowledgeable and supportive. I hired their very reasonably priced tile cutter too for the duration of my project. I have never come across this level of customer support elsewhere. For anyone in the South Auckland area, this is the place to go. Thanks Mark & Team for your support
D. T.Didn't have the tiles that we wanted but could get them in in a couple of days. Happy to break 30 pack to sell us just 12. Stocked all the other bits and bobs like adhesive, edging and grout. Laconic Aussie sales person.
M. A.Went in yesterday with no idea what I was doing and what colours to choose. The owners helped me out and were very patient considering I dropped in and wanted to take tiles on that day and being a Sunday meant some tiles were not available till the next day. They also showed me tiles that were on special and what colours I could work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Loved this experience and I have just left the store today & they kindly hooked me up!! Thanku So much TD Manukau!! Such an awesome experience!

Even though our renovation proved long and complicated, Logan was always very supportive and great to deal which really helped us through the process, and now our house looks great.
