P.Fast and friendly team to deal with. Decided I needed A/C to cope with summer so took the plunge and ended up in contact with the Pratts team (Surecool)
The sales-team explained what options I could go with and what was available, Sarah came and checked it all out and I went with their recommendations. I was expecting a bit of a wait considering problems of supply but was pleasantly surprised to get my 2 inverters installed 3weeks after first contact. The Installer and Electrician were excellent.
