M.I had my dress ordered in from a brand that Brides of Merivale stock (but the dress itself wasn't in store) as I already knew what I was wanting. I had my final fittings and adjustments made here and Kathryn made the trip down to Christchurch so worth it. She was lovely, made everything easy for me, did a great job of adjusting the dress and I had such a lovely experience. Highly recommend! Thank you Kathryn and team.

She was so patient, helpful, warm, and charming (not to mention extremely talented - she helped my vision of my wedding dress come to life) I am so thankful for all the hard work and alterations that went in to creating my dream dress. S.I had such a wonderful experience with Brides of Merivale. For me, choosing my dress was such a big part of the planning process. I went along to one of the sales and from that day till the end, the team at Brides of Merivale were amazing. At each appointment, they were so extremely thorough and took time to alter my dress to fit me perfectly - and it really did! It was such a personal experience as I was always greeted by name and they knew which dress I had purchased, even when I came back after a few months to get it cleaned! It is such a bonus that Brides of Merivale clean the dresses - I knew my dress would be so cared for and it was boxed up and ready for me to store away at the end.
I can’t recommend Brides of Merivale enough! If you are thinking of places to look for dresses, definitely go see Lisa and the team!!
H.Cannot fault them, extremely professional, great advice and dress fitted absolutely perfect. People are lovely and very helpful. Have just been to pick up the dress after having it cleaned and repaired after the wedding and it looks like new again 😊

S.The ladies at BOM made me feel very special. It's an intimate environment with a boutique feel. Not a large variety of dresses but they pick from the best. The ladies gave me great advice and made exceptions when they did not have to. There was a little miscommunication with my veil which let me down a bit but it didn't ruin the magic. Ask for Pam if you want to to feel as though you have a second mothers opinion she's fantastic! So genuine!
