They also seem to have frequent sales.
I chose click and collect yet one of the staff members Rick offered to drop my carpet shampooer off on his way home from work!! I was impressed and appreciated the highly personalised service from the staff at Godfrey's Hornby.

S.Excellent service. Excellent product knowledge and wide range of products. Sales staff are not pushy and listen to your requirements asking relevant questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else or recommend anywhere else if needing anything to do with carpet cleaning/ vacuum cleaning appliances. Just bought a carpet shampoo appliance today and have bought a vacuum cleaner there too in the past which still works well. 100/100 rating!

The young lad who was extremely helful and funny showed us the difference between the machines and let us chose the right one. So happy with the purchase and their service is second to none.
