We had excellent service from the Sales Consultant Dylan. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and discussed the best type of vacuum cleaner for our solution dyed nylon carpet. No one had even mentioned the type of vacuum cleaner we needed to use when we purchased the carpet so this was a great help and explained why our Electrolux vacuum was not the best kind for our carpet and had been hard to push on the dense carpet. We purchased a Hoover Regal with height adjustable rotating heads and are delighted with it, so much so that our neighbour has borrowed it to use and is heading to Godfreys to buy one herself and to meet Dylan. Thanks Dylan.

$600+ vacuum. This vacuum is really good. Sucks very well and lots of adjustments. Battery lasts about 15mins. Can do good vacuming 1 whole room at a time. 8 hours charging time... Even though I was told that, Battery lasts about 40 minutes. Battery life is 5 years and it can be changed easily. It would cost less than 100 bucks. So, I went there to buy another one and it costs $160 :D Hope this helps.

Staff member seemed very new and inexperienced but we all have to learn. Purchased what I was after.

Very pleased with costumer service. They took time to explain difference between vacuums and plugged them in for me to try. They also allowed me to split the payment between cash and credit, as I run out of balance. Overall very satisfied with the shop and customer service. The vacuum is also performing as expected.

Extremely happy with my new 10L Pullman vacuum cleaner. The sales team at Godfreys were awesome and put me in the right direction for buying the perfect cleaner for my needs. It's cut my cleaning time in half. The Pullman is the bomb!! I've been raving about it and doing demo's for all my family and friends. Definitely a high 5!!

Went in today with an idea of what I wanted. Then ended up buying a completely different vacuum cleaner. Thanks to the wonderful salesman who took his time to explain the difference between bagless and bag vacuums. Even plugged in 3 different ones for me to try. Amazing customer service.

Awesome service! Took our vacuum in for a repair and also purchased a commercial grade one for our gym. The manager (sorry didnt catch name) was fantastic, good energy and knew his stuff. Thanks guys!

It was amazing to deal with them, they helped us to buy suitable vaccum cleaner for pet hair on old carpet, they demonstrated very well with lots of patience , Vijay and rohit both were helpful...thanks again and keep doing good work
