E.What an incrediable experience. I browsed the website and found the item I wanted, messaged HAPA and they shipped it straight away for me to collect at their Tannery location. When I popped by to pick it up, I was blown away by the unique Artisan vibe in the store - full of incredible locally made and designed gifts. I made several purchases from the store, for myself and others, which were beautifully gift wrapped at no charge. The service was warm, friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through my options and offering alternatives.
I would highly recommend this store for discerning shoppers who are keen to support their local artisans and like innovative gifts. Definitely my favourite store!

Hapa is always my first stop for gift shopping for any occasion, and the experience is always welcoming. You couldn't find a more inclusive store - even in the midst of a pandemic and all that comes with increased health and safety obligations on retailers.

L.HAPA has to be the best shop in Aotearoa to go to - either in person or online. The selection of gifts made in Aotearoa is very extensive and suits all budgets. Gifts are beautifully wrapped. Staff instore are knowledgeable and very helpful. Support local. Support HAPA. You won't regret it!!
