As I step into Lush, I am blown away by the beautiful aroma that meets my nostrils. I shop here often, and when I don't buy anything I walk into the store just to smell the lovely scent! Staff are warm and fuzzy. I always have spare change to spend here!

Such friendly and helpful staff! Marie / Maria has such a wonderful light about her and she was so helpful! We learnt that the glitter in lush bath bombs are made from seaweed, woah! We also learnt about the art of wrapping gifts in material. It was so luush! Can't wait to go back!!

A must try to their organic chemical free fresh made exfoliating cleanser and fresh face mask. Soothes skin very well. Perfect for the sensitive skin type. Loved their bath bombs and lip scrubs too.

LUSH gave me my umph! back <3 Curl cream has brought my bounce back, and this blue eyeliner makes me feel like a million bucks. The best part? None of it's tested on our animal friends!! Massive thanks to a extreme kind curly-haired undercut person who helped me pick the right curl cream, and a warm shout out to the beautiful person with dreads behind the counter! (+: ILY

Had another great experience at this store recently. I'm not sure what her name was but she was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Short brown hair and full of energy, if this helps, I would love this to get back to her. She was keeping the store so organized and tidy but was so keen to help me out with my questions. Incredibly informative and was clearly very passionate about Lush products and the company values. Third time I've had a great experience at this store because of her hospitality.

Never have I had a bad experience in this store, or even come close to it! Everyone is always so bubbly and welcoming, and what a range of products, with new stuff constantly being added. Love calling in here to top up on my favourites, and see what has just been released. Always a pleasant experience, and much more welcoming than any 'Body Shop' I've ever been to, and everything is made ethically - win, win! See you all next time for sure.

Lovely skin care product. From head to toe. Love their shampoo bar. Only down point is the facial mask last only a few days as it is all natural ingredients and no preservative, you have to use it within a week. So buy small pots for the masks.

I shop here now and then to get my face masks. The staff aren't pushing, very welcoming and lovely. I love how the products are cruelty free and made with real ingredients. I love going to this place as I like to buy and try different face masks.

I do really enjoy Lush products. I know some people are put off by the strong scent of their stores, but they're so delicious. Amazing products too, not just for girls! I really like the ethical side of things too. Only thing that keeps me giving 5 stars is the relatively high prices. But try the shampoo bars, life changing!

The only lush in Christchurch. Super friendly staff introducing their products with attention to detail and can grasp what we need right away. Very happy with the services but only one staff in such a busy store the wait can be a bit long. Love the range of their products, well priced and sized, the right thing to get to pamper anyone.

Awesome staff and just incredible products! Some of the most gorgeous smells and beautiful natural products that do what they say. The ladies who work here are so friendly and helpful and they really know their products. They even took the time to help my 8yr old son pick out his favourite bath bomb. Couldn't be better.

The staff are so lovely. They listen to your skins needs, like a consultation and make great recommendations. Winter dries my skin out and now I have a lovely cleanser and mask to combat it.

Must be my most favourite store in Christchurch. I just love everything about this store and can't think of a better treat for a bath lover than one of their amazing bath bombs. Amazing hand cream and face masks it's a great place to go Christmas shopping.

Too much packaging! The Lush company promotes that it uses minimal packaging but today, half the store was in plastic bottles. The service person was lovely when I brought it up as she tried to promote a new product. I said I wouldn't buy it as it was sold in a bottle (I was buying shampoo bars). Please LUSH, continue to work with cruelty free products but think about how to better sell it!

I completely love this store. It is my body and cosmetic go to. I could not live without my lush products. Staff can be very hit and miss in regards to knowledge and professionalism. However the products make up for this downfall.

I have always found the staff here so lovely and helpful. Especially today, while there were queues of people they handled it so well, they had staff talking to people in the queue, they didn't allow too many people in at once to make it overcrowded, and they happily served all customers with a smile on their face. Definitely a great store. 😊

Fabulous products. Wonderful staff assistance in shopping. Wide range of fresh handmade cosmetics and the stock keeps updating. Stock remains seasonal so if you seek summer products in winter its Hard Luck. That’s everywhere, AYE...!!!!

When walking in, the store always seems to be busy, perhaps to do with how this is the only store in Christchurch? Regardless, the store has nice flow and a surprising amount of space with displays some how finding enough to be browse through without cramping customers together.
