G.The service was really great. I ordered online, the process was easy (it had to be, because I am not great at that). Was told very quickly that the colour I wanted wasn't available, so I chose 3 others. Straight away I was advised that the order was ready and 2 days later it arrived. The colour was just as I expected and sooooo lovely. Absolutely beautiful throw, feels so soft and luxurious. The woollen underlay is also very soft and I almost can't wait for tonight.

S.Wonderful product. No idea on service. The Koru cardigan is gorgeous and so warm. What a pity Mi Woollies only sent the product out 14 days after accepting the order and payment. There was no communication regarding the delay (stock issue? staff issue? apology?). They just sat on the order until I followed it up and even then I did not receive any explanation or apology. Once it was in the courier's hands, it came quickly.
W.Service was great. Received by courier in 5 days to RD address. My second pair of MiWoolies. This time I got Uggs as previous slipper/boots appear to have been discontinued. Uggs made in China🙁 and nowhere near as much sheepskin inside.

N.Sooo my new slippers arrived today. Delivery was fast especially in the midst of covid19 have only been wearing them for an hour or so but am completely sold comfy warm great price and exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks heaps.
D.The first and last time I visited this store was in 2006 and purchased a pair of ugh boots to bring back to Sydney. I've Googled this store today just to be able to give it my rating and say: I'm still wearing the boots which just won't quit on me! Best buy ever! Quality unsurpassed. If I'm back in NZ again, I will be stocking up for everyone in the family. So glad to see the business still going well but if you make boots this good then when will I ever need replacements??😉

Good to see the Outlet Store is cheaper to buy from.
Thought all products were MADE IN NZ but unfortunately saw labels inside Hug Boots saying MADE IN CHINA.

s.Great discount UGG and mi woollies store. Products ranging from hat and gloves to indoor and outdoor boots. From adults to kids. Friendly attentive staff onsite. More stock upstairs for sizes and staff are very helpful. Ample parking outside.

L.Great specials in store but selection of sizes are few and mainly smaller sizing. The socks are lovely too and very warm.
M.There is such an array of all things made of wool. Slippers uggs boots and other specialist types of boots. There is a good selection of sheepskin rugs etc wool underplays socks beanies etc. You can just take your time wondering around.
