Love this place, majority of my pops have come from here! I don't like going out very much so I prefer to get them shipped and they have always taken the greatest care to make sure all of my pops arrive safe and secure. Below is a photo of my collection so far

The best experience for pop culture fans in-store and online! I love the popstop store. So many cool goodies are available at reasonable prices, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the store has a great atmosphere. I've bought from popstop in-store and online and had excellent experiences with both. I recently made an online order, and there was an error with the system that accidentally let me order a pop that was unavailable. The team did their best to try to source the pop for me when the error was caught but were unable to and promptly apologised and gave me a refund for it instead, which I was happy with their efforts. Not sure which store they belong to, so I'll leave this review for the OG store, but Isabel and Jono are superstars! Thanks team.

I could spend hundreds if not thousands on the goodies in this shop. I love the old school TV and movies. And Pop Stop has plenty of knickknacks from some of them ranging from Star Trek (Cpt. James T. Kirk) right up to 5 nights at Freddie's. I have Wonder Woman handbag and a Dr. Who wallet.

Papanui store has great selection of board games and the staff are awesome. Have spent a few dollars there with no regrets 🙂

Came here looking for Dungeon and Dragons stuff, and the two guys who served us were very friendly and helpful, making sure we did not over spend on something we've got no experience in. Kudos to them, and to this store!

The in-store staff are awesome, but it would be nice if the company or online teams bothered to let people with pre-orders know when/if the expected arrival date changes. I ordered a product at the start of this year with an estimate shipping date of April. Now nearing the end of July I haven't heard anything from them. Even an automated email that gets sent to customers expecting preorders would be appreciated. Super disappointing.

I would definitely recommend PopStop for any Kiwi Pop! Vinyl Collector out there. Not only the customer service experience through email and messenger are excellent, the thoughtfulness and speed of shipment are also noteworthy (The use of shredded paper and reused shipment boxes instead of plastic airbags and branded boxes are my favorite aspects of that) They also have a wider range of Pop! Figures that, quite frankly, rivals the more popular pop culture shops known in New Zealand. Their website is clear enough and easy to navigate around and will definitely buy more things from them (within the bounds of my personal control of course. 😬)

Everything that I have ordered has come through well packaged and in awesome condition. My one & only gripe, is just sort out the stock issues with online orders. Things that are out of stock still show up as available. I see the same issue was mentioned in the past which is a shame. Other than that its perfect.

Have probably placed around 10 orders with these guys in the past year, However 3 - 4 of those times they haven't had what I've ordered in stock which is quite disappointing! At the end of the day it's their muck up and I just feel they don't take responsibility as well as I have seen with other businesses. If I do ever place an order again I will be double checking they actually have what I'm ordering in stock to save the hastle of refunds and what not. Definitely recommend others do the same!

Favorite place to go for anything pop culture related. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Their website allows you to pay and collect from the store. As a Dr Who fan it is nice to see that they have a range of merchandise , though more would be good. For those that are into board games there is a good selection.

Pleasant and warm atmosphere, the staff are always welcoming and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their job. They stock a wide rage of goods and if they don't have what you want they try to find it for you.

Amazing place, for a nerd like myself it's a wonderful place to visit and browse... then eventually cave into temptation and buy something... They have the best range of Pop vinyls I've ever seen, I'd go as far as to recommend buying funko pops from them and browsing their selection before considering checking Mightyape or EB games. They also stock a bunch of D&D minis which is another amazing thing and yet another threat to my wallet, (haha.) The staff are lovely, very kind and welcoming people too. They really provide a lovely environment to go and visit.

This is a great place to collect pops from. My last visit I managed to get Christmas gifts and birthday gifts all at once and everyone loved it. I may have got myself something too hehe cause why not. The atmosphere is also fun and the staff are helpful and amazing. I highly recommend popping in 😊

Pop Stop is a fantastic store especially if you're into old or current pop culture. The Pops and other merchandise they sell is really good and even better theres a free to play Street Fighter arcade machine. Definitely recommend!

A good store full of collectibles and of course pop vinyls. They have a nice selection of pops, including ones from subscription boxes. This is a great place for a pop collector if you live in or near Christchurch and will be even better once they have their website up and running.

Walking into this place blew me away not only do they do pop vinyl figures to collect but they have other collectibles too, it brings back alot of memories looking through the comic books and seeing statues from iconic movies such as terminator, predator and ghost busters plus all the horror stuff too, it takes awhile to let it all sink in, the staff are friendly and the shop is very clean with a great selection of collectibles. If this is what your into go and have a look.

Great store!! Good product range and helpful staff that genuinely interested in helping customers. There is a great range of board games here that are same priced as the big chains. I will be spending money here rather than a chain. Harry potter, Disney, Marvel, DC, Manga and many more stocked here. Posters, pin badges, mugs, door mats, collectable figures, hoodies, plushies and teapots. There is car parking to the rear of the store. Their Instagram account has videos of their new product launches and makes for fun viewing. Downsides There is a bit too much of the pop head figures. The t-shirts could be later out better.

Expensive. There's some nice toys and a huge range of those Pop Vinyl things, but the reality is stores like this struggle to compete on price with online offerings, especially overseas sites. It's a cool store though, something for kids of all ages.

This place is a hidden gem for people who are intressted in Funko Pops or similar things. The staff is super friendly and the do quiet often a stream on Facebook with the latest arrivals of Funke’s in their store .

Wow, this shop is full of amazing pop culture, the kids and I always enjoy popping into pop stop. The stuff u find here you won't find in any other store, if it's Harry Potter, marvel, dc or any other big franchise in toy/collectable form it's here. The staff are great and really know their stuff.
