No stress fantastic customer service and no uncomfortable questioning of "no mask wearing" the stigma of being exempt can be exhausting to explain to people so when acceoted without digging for explanation makes shopping experience so relaxing. Was the only store i coukd find the vaccuum i was after also when my vaccuum cleaner broke a few days later a perfect experiwnce with the garden centre and warehouse stationary grabbing a few items thanks team.

One of the products i wanted was out of stock but Lani was very nice and helped me order it online as I couldn’t find it online. Awesome customer service. 5 star for Lani

Amazing service, very spacious, great hours, well located, good prices and selection, they employ a lot of New Zealanders, what more could you ask for? Cheap, ethical, and enjoyable shopping experience.

A big The Warehouse with a large selection of items. Decent prices and a very big car park. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to access from both sides of Blenheim Road. Open till midnight.

Great big warehouse with everything and heaps of parking. But sometimes is very busy. And entering the parking part is hectic and dangerous at times because of being on a main rd.

No staff on the shop floor, so watched lots of customers climbing up ladders getting stock down lol. Other wise staff on the checkouts very friendly.

Good selection, don't even bother with the shoe section though, shoes are always on the ground in disarray and the quality is quite poor, overall the store is usually unclean but the video game section is alright and you can usually find a bargain, and the cosmetics section is quite cheap, the plants are always dying and the staff aren't that helpful and extremely slow. The staff need to be trained better and someone should really watch over the shoe section. Conclusion: the customer service could be improved upon and the store is quite messy, although it does depend on what time you arrive.

I like to frequent ‘the warehouse’ quite late for bargains. I end up buying tech or books; and not many dvds. It is always good and the fruit plants, I buy!

Marianne on duty during Queen's birthday was very helpful to sort out the service that I after! I was at the photocopier machines struggling to transfer files wirelessly from the phone to the printing device. She noticed and offered a service to transfer the file via email to a thumb drive then to the printing device. She went on the extra miles when noticed I could not get the desired outcome by creating a copy from her service desk end - a professional and genuine service to win customer😉

Going at 9am is easily the best time of the day to venture in for some shopping if you want to quickly get in and out with the hassle of crowding and finding a park, however its also a shame to see 2 in store assistants standing at their counter (electronics department) talking aloud the latest gossip while stating at you as you try and forget you're being watched for no obvious reason? Very odd and annoying but the rest of this particular Warehouse was without hassle. I didn't end up making a purchase unfortunately as what I needed was not the right fit. Good luck! 6/10.

Spacious and has a good variety of stuff.. however my husband was looking for a long sleeve shirt (formal) and there was only white available and none other. Only casual long sleeves were available. Hence the 4 stars

It is worth to visit. Usually all your needs, unless vegetables and fruits , can be fulfilled their inclusing heaters, gardening tools, clothing, shoes and socks, kitchen utensils etc..

Large retailer. A bit of everything, some well priced items others priced to reflect market demand and quantity. Toys section, automotive, media, clothes, toys, cushions, party supplies, gardening, furniture just to name a few. Good books selection and always had positive interactions with staff when gong to visit. Has a few express checkouts, and the usual amount of standard checkouts. Help desk available at main entrance, lots of trolleys and support with heavy bags if needed. Wheelchair accessibility a breeze.

Great place has everything you need. My only advice is go somewhere else for the computers. The Warehouse sells low end computers for high prices. Buy computers from anywhere but here.

Always love coming here. In my top 3 of warehouses to go in Christchurch as they have large options of clothes for all ages, DVDs for everyone, linen that is both basic and colourful, car stuff for cleaning and maintaining your ride, house stuff like shelves and cupboards and anything else you could think to be needed, pet stuff from dog and cat foods and all toys and bedding for your fur babies. There is a large amount of merchandise and if they cant find it they will help you to find it at there other stores or have it ordered for you. All these items at reasonable prices especially when they have there sales :)

This store is pretty much what you'd expect out of a Warehouse. There is nothing that sets it apart or makes your jaw drop. They have a large variety of goods that you probably don't need but will likely purchase anyway along with the one thing you went in the store to ACTUALLY purchase. There is lots of parking here, so even if you are in a big campervan, you'll be able to find a few spots to take.

Standard warehouse except for such a big store they never seem to have the size you want. It's like every boys shoe for example is only in a size 3. This was the problem I had today. Plus other stores seem to have good manager deals that this store doesn't. The car park is awkward to get around and always full so prepare to walk! The one area this store excels in though is the staff. They are friendly and helpful without being intrusive and go the extra mile for customers. Shame they can't match the supply of products to the same level as their customer service :(

The shop that has everything, in a range of qualities from cheap rubbish to quite reasonable quality, depending on your budget. Great shop, open late, easy to navigate. Slightly more expensive than Kmart, and men's clothing sizes are on the slightly bigger side. Roald Dahl books are $10 each (19.99 at whitcoulls).

This is the largest Warehouse in Christchurch as far as I'm aware and as such they have everything in their store that I've ever wanted. It's a pretty well organised warehouse and not often out of stock in most items. The isles are incredibly spacious and as such there's plenty of room to navigate around other customers. Every time I've been there, waiting times to be served have been minimal and so the experience of shopping there has been made much more pleasant than at other busier stores. I recommend this Warehouse for a more smooth hassle free experience.

One of the better Warehouse's in Christchurch, Great range and prices. My only complaint is the lack of service at the Jewellery/perfume counter . Stood waiting for a while only to ask someone for help and having to wait longer as no one came when paged over the store speaker. A bell or something may be need here.

The warehouse is pretty much the same all over but what people may not know is the coffee shop at The warehouse, blenheim Rd is amazing. Beautiful food, great price. Would do really well out on their own as in the warehouse.

I was shopping here today and had to go to the ladies toilet and was very let down. It was disgusting. The floor filthy and toilet blocked and dirty used paper on the floor. Does the toilet ever get cleaned. ? Another customer who was physically challenged also commented to me about the state of the toilets. The shop is always a great visit and this was a major and health and safety letdown. Whom is going to follow this up. Thanks Verna.

Car battery Work gear clothing toys and more, and if hungry a restaurant . I parked where emergency personal park just to be asked to shift my car for it is for Emergency Vehicles only. They said though mine is an Emergency Vehicle they where not sure if it should be parked there. This and Westfield shopping center are the only two places that have told me I can not park in these areas. I hope if their car breaks down in traffic I am able to get out of a car park before they become an accident. Recently I lost this car to an accident myself so have a new one. I also have a new message on the front and back of my car asking motorists to Slow Down! Think Before you Act! Be patient and be safe! Ace Pro Jumpstart Roadside & Highway Rescue. Like Police I to would rather you get to where you are going safely.

We would like to personally thank Henry at Blenheim Road Warehouse. We have been there on 2 separate occasions, months apart. Our first experience with Henry was with a load of household furniture, he was incredible. So friendly, knowledgable and helpful! And our second experience was about 20 minutes ago, we bought a hook and it wasn't put in our bag - Henry helped us sort the issue all with a huge smile on his face! We really hope he gets to read this! We will look out for him on our next trip! :)
