M. M.We were looking for real fruit ice cream in Dunedin and found it here. Fast and friendly service.
R. L.Every Dunedin native will tell you that this is THE place to go for ice creams in Dunedin. Its excellent large sizes really make it stand out from the rest!
They also have gluten free waffle cones for an extra $1 which is a rare pleasure.
Besides the size, they also have a great range of regular ice creams including sorbet, and a kapiti range, cookie dough range, and real fruit ice creams. There is certainly something for everyone.
I ordered berry sorbet and mango lassi and this is what a SINGLE cone looks like!

B. U.Stopped by a few times during my stay in Dunedin. They have a range of different desserts from scooped ice creams (Tip Top or Kapiti) to more interesting ones like real fruit ice creams and waffles. The menu is located behind the counter along the entire wall.
Lots of options and they are all quite tasty. Friends quite liked the peanut butter deluxe cup but I was partial to the cookie time pie. A must if you have a sweet tooth. They also are a dairy and have common things like pies and sweets. It is located a bit away from the octagon but worth the sugar rush.
S.Great shop with huge range of flavors of icecream. My sons all love the real fruit icecream, so we go for occasional treat and never disappointed.
K.Get your ice cream and other sweet stuff here to make your day better!
Pro tip: Get tip top if you just want to have ice cream, get Kapiti if you want some premium sweet stuff!
F. K.Rob Roy’s Ice cream parlour inside the shop has great quality and highly flavoured Ice creams. Usually there are queue of students and other people waiting for their turns to grab their choice of Sugar Rush treats.
It’s worth the wait if you are not rushed to go anywhere.
Always find young, happy and cheeky shop assistants behind the counters to service ice creams

R. K.I have yet to find a dairy in NZ with such generous servings of ice cream. A favourite for kids and adults alike!
M. C.Nice selection of ice creams, and they all were pretty tasty as well. They have a cookie dough ice cream advertised but they don't let you but scoops of it which was rather odd. Lastly, when you get to check out there's a sign that it's cash only. This would have been good information to know up front, as I never carry cash on my person. Had to borrow money from a family member.
Staff seemed rushed, but overall a pleasant experience.
D.Amazing value for money and the staff always seem happy. Travelled the length of the country and I'm struggling to think of a better ice cream shop I've been to. Nice staff and nice product. The ice cream are almost a meal in themselves - Yum!

Y. I.We don't come here often, but sometimes as treat for kids. I can't eat too much sweet so the Ice cream is a huge for me, but it looks like kids love the volume and keep asking to come back there again.

R. S.The best ice cream shop to visit in Dunedin.Our favourite Kmer Asian restaurant is just along the road and a visit for an ice cream after a meal is a must. The staff are always freindly and welcoming and make a visit for ice cream a pleasure. Actually you don't need a meal as an excuse , just go straight down the road for the ice cream.
K. E.We saw this queue snaking out of a dairy and thought it was quite weird as it was not a lotto jackpot weekend, then we realised they sell ice cream. After waiting patiently for our turn, we had a hard decision in making our selection.

R. F.On a hot day, this ice cream is the best. It was fun to taste some of their New Zealand flavors that we don't have in the USA, like honeycomb and Hokey Pokey. Our kids loved it.
