C.Went into shop to browse and to look for an icecream maker. There is so much variety available in food equipment and supplies.Good choices for gift giving. Staff are most attentive and helpful. Got a good explanation of the icecream makers available and how to use. Ended up buying a dumpling folder that was on special (for use when I'm in a hurry).
P.OMG there are so many amazing products they sell here. There is something for everyone, even the people who think they have everything or the family that are difficult to buy presents for. Things you never even thought existed. Various colours, shapes and sizes. I love the great selection of unusual tea leaves. Each time we have visited the staff have been so friendly and very informative.

M.The best place for specialised kitchen gadgets. This is where I go to buy hard to find items and have always been happy with my purchase. Good customer service but needs a bit of improvement. It is best to phone them before hand if it is a hard to find item so that you don't needlessly travel to the shop which is in the one way system if you are not driving. It is close to the train station.

l.Awesome selection of goods but Over priced. First time visited on a Saturday service was amazing from manager. Made a point of revisiting on a Sunday afternoon. Was ignored. Staff were indifferent. Chatted away to themselves. Poor service when I did finally receive it. Disappointing.
