We love Vetty services. Always sends us our cat and dog's flea and worming pills and liquid on time so we don't forget their doses every three months. Also love the free samples that comes with it. Our dogs always know when they have a vetty box as they see the box come in the door from the couriers and know there is a tasty treat. Always get a reminder email for when payments come out and is just an all round amazing system. Forever grateful for the excellent customer service and free treats <3 :) I would for sure get the Vetty Pet Food service too if they had Royal Canin Maxi Adult Dog Food 15kg bags on offer. Something to think about maybe?

We use Vetty to receive regular worm and flea treatments for our dogs. The price is competitive; it’s convenient as it’s delivered to the door and I don’t have think “is it time?” And it comes with treats and tips on how to get the dogs to take the dreaded pills. Highly recommend

My regular vetty boxes with worming and flea treatments for my dogs and cat mean I never have to worry about being overdue to treat them ever again. The box arrives, I know I need to dose the fur babies and it's all just too easy. And the little free treats that come in the boxes are a really nice touch too.

This service is amazing! I always forget to buy flea and worm treatment, but with Vetty, I never have to remember to buy them. Fast shipping and a monthly email reminders of when it's time to give the dog her treatment. I'd give this 10 stars if I could!

I can't reccomend Vetty enough. Have been using them for a while now getting my dogs flea and worm treatments delivered. I like that they send an email reminding you that the treatment is coming up and send you the delivery info. Delivery is fast and I appreciate the treats that get added in aswell nice touch to the product.

Edit: The company has reached out in order to correct the issues stated below. A change in communication has been put in place for bereaved pet owners, and a very generous offer has been agreed upon to fix the issues faced with incorrect flea treatments received. Original: Customer service when a beloved pet died was not good, and was quickly followed by receiving the incorrect flea treatment for my other cat. It all works well, until you have an issue (or two) and then it just takes too much time and effort.
