I needed to replace a damaged item that was my nephews Christmas present that was no longer available in Gisborne or online at the Warehouse. The team here along with the amazing staff at the Tauranga Crossing store had the item sent through for me to pick up really quickly and fix his broken heart. We have one happy little guy now thanks to the staff here and Ocean at Tauranga Crossing.

Not bad customer service ok,some quality items,some pricey items as well for a wharehouse,had no problems with refunds or swap,parking can get busy during peak times ,located just outside of town close to Noel lemmings others stores which is convenient.

Senior staff totally made our experience. So helpful with our shopping. They were patient and very good at suggesting another item when we couldn't find the original. Seniors at the warehouse, it is a good investment as they give honest and insightful service.

Wendy was very helpful with my query. Unlike another staff person when we sought assistance. Her badge said 20 years service and after today's experience with her she might like to brush up on her customer services skills. Was tempted to ask her if she liked her job as there was no indication from her interaction with us that I indicated she had job satisfaction working for the warehouse

Typical warehouse shop that could be compared to Walmart if you are from America. Low cost products for the everyday life. The clothing section has affordable options for day to day clothing and a undergarment section with decent prices. There is a home section for kitchen equipment, small appliances and decor. You can find pillows, bedding and even a mattress. The sport and outdoor section offers really good price for camping items. I would recommend buying your equipment here as it is really cheap. Small food section.

Good household prices best available in New Zealand. I asked for a chair to give to an elderly women whom could not stand in the checkout line, they gave me one to assist the elderly lady, she was most grateful.
