K.Greg has a wealth of knowledge - as a novice archer I appreciated his willingness to share his wisdom with me. He built and fitted my bow, taught me how to use it and welcomed me back anytime should I need more guidance.
He's a popular guy and the only person in-store, so has difficulty keeping up with the phone, which rings seemingly non-stop. If you're needing his help and are local, I recommend going into the shop and chatting to him in-person.
A++, the ONLY place an archer should go to for gear and guidance.
