L.I ordered a couple of camping beds from this outfit - they SAID that I should look for them in about 5 days - like fun!!!!!! Less than (that's right LESS than) 24hrs later they turned up. I could not believe it - especially considering we are a rural address - and given the freight issues Covid has visited upon this fair land. Geoff and his band of merry men (and women) are brilliant

J.I needed some gear in a hurry for a trip to Mount Aspiring. Reached out to a few retailers, and not only did EquipOutdoors have some of the best prices that I could find, they were also the only ones able to provide overnight delivery to the South Island (and for no extra cost!). Placed my order at 3pm and it was at my door at 9am the next morning. Super responsive and friendly customer service. Will buy from them again!
