M.I was so grateful to meet the Beauty and Cosmetics Manager Sienna (hope I have gotten her name right) I was looking for hydrating options for my skin. We chatted about having the correct regime and then about different products she suggested that might be good for my skin type. She has given me a trial of some products and I will be going back to let her know if I would like to purchase the full products or if they didn't work for me.
It is so very rare to find someone like Sienna who goes out of their way to assist you.
I haven't seen this type of service in New Zealand so I walked away feeling really pleased.

S.Great products. Not many sales assistants around sometimes you need to hunt them down but I feel for them they must be exhausted from walking around that massive store and putting away all of that product.
B.Good quality products available. Didn't have any of the items I was looking for this time, but have purchased from Farmers stores in the past, & have been very happy with the items got.
H.Went browsing but ended up buying a set. Not able to bring the price lower but service was superb. Amy rocks! Delivery was well explained and goods were very good wrapped. Notes on outside was clearly written. Goods arrived with no problem, thank you Amy, you are wonderfully great!

G.Until I went in, I just thought it was just Farmer's. But no, it was a food hall and shopping complex. Nicely laid out with natural light coming through the roof. A pleasurable place to visit. We will go again.
R.Went to redeem birthday gift from a promotion, staff not able to come up with gift, all parcels had all gone, spent over 40minutes going from department to department to try to claim free gift, no luck, when I asked if gift could be picked up at later date, was told had to go to another Farmers Store, also unable to to be told that gift would be available there too. Found staff to be very non plused, not interested in finding out if gift was available they just gave directions and sent customer to find out themselves at all other departments.

A.After having issues with a click and collect I had emailed the company frustrated, thinking it had been lost forever.
I decided to visit the store and the management team and staff at Farmers Te Awa were awesome. Honestly couldn’t fault them, great attitudes even at 40 minutes from close.
A.Store was well stocked and despite it being busy everything was well presented and easy to find.
J.Great service from staff everytime we go there shop is clean and tidy, plenty parking out at the side entrance. Good selection and availabily of goods. Again, excellent service even when doing returns and the great service is the main reason we go back there regularly.

D.A little bit of a maze at the beginning I'm not gonna lie, but overall a nice place and very convenient. Staff are generally very helpful and approach you first.
A.Offers different products then CBD & Chartwell stores. Not much in the way of help from staff.
C.Stevens was very helpful & got good specials, as usual, at the Chemist Warehouse.
No trouble parking either.

h.I have always loved shopping at Farmers and the products have improved in quality over the more recent years. Great ranges and well priced goods with plenty of discount days to keep us happy. Service is if a high standard too. Some years I have done pretty much all my Christmas shop there! ☺️

k.Last week we bought a new Sleepyhead mattress in the 50% off sale and a new Fisher and Paykel washing machine both from Farmers Te Awa store. Gwen from bedding served us. She provided us with fantastic customer service. She had great knowledge of a large variety of different types of products and she went out of her way to be helpful. She was quick to sort out the price, arrange shipping to our home and also reminded us at the time that our purchases had earned us Club Card vouchers. Fantastic customer service is sometimes a rarity these days. When you experience it it makes such a difference to your shopping experience. So it deserves to be recognized. Thanks Gwen. We will be back to buy a gas stove later on.
G.What a pleasant experience I had at The Base Hamilton store today around lunchtime. I was shopping for a bra- or two and after trying several on I asked for help. This is where it all started with the most helpful assistant I have ever come across and I came home with not one- or two, but four of the most comfortable bras. This would not have happened if it hadn’t been for the lovely lady who helped this elderly shopper. Thank you so much. (I’m sorry I didn’t note her name).

M.I purchased bed linen over Labour weekend and wasn't happy with the quality so returned to store. Despite not having the receipt the manager quickly organised a partial refund and store credit. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Very happy with service.

K.Best customer service ever received was from Bailee working in the Kiehls skincare department. She gave me acne products that have worked so well as she gave me a description of what I should and shouldn’t be doing. 100% would recommend her if you need skincare things!!!

H.I love Farmers, especially the larger ones like Te Rapa where there is an amazing variety of goods for sale. Especially love Ella Jay and Oliver Black in the Womens range of clothing. Staff are always efficient and helpful too.
