W.Ordered online and delivered to Auckland the next day, nicely packaged. Website is easy to use and great communication throughout the buying process. I like the Loyalty Reward program. It would be good if the Shimano Rods had more pictures for reference, as the rod handle on my Backbone was different to my last rod (Same SKU number) from another retailer

m.very very slow shipping on products ordered online not happy
j.I had ordered some 80lb braid along with some jigging gear, upon arrival the braid was very frayed and kept snapping. I imagine this is not the companies fault as they don't manufacture the product, I got in touch with Quentin at fish City and he was very helpful and was happy to resupply me with some replacement braid which I am very happy about so thanks for the great help team!

C.Bit of disappointment when u have the go ahead for a new boat,promised itl b here b 4 Xmas chasing it 23rd December, paid deposit on 11 November then get told carnt find paper work and have to start process again. Well merry Christmas.

A.Went in to grab one of their bradley smokers, this baby smokes the salmon perfectly and the kids love smoked chicken breast. The staff showed me how to use the darn thing as they have a demo unit in store so I could see how all the accessories etc worked. Will be coming back on the next trip down to pick up different smoking chips!

S.Showroom crew are great, purchased freshwater lures n hooks n got to use the pliers to crush the barbs, was very helpful as later on I got my lure snagged a few times and was able to retrieve it partly due to no barb, caught a Perch also. Thanks FC!
