The well known The warehouse chain. So everyone knows what they do. Two customer service reps served me on my visit today (13/Jan/2022) were good. Need to focus more on men's belts section for formal dresses. I was after one for time being. But the ones there were no good.

I love the Hillcrest warehouse shopping experience, they got a friendly team, always stocked up and visible. They even have lots of stuff that i haven’t seen in other warehouses, especially during Christmas season and all.

I don't live in Hamilton, but went to the Hillcrest Warehouse today to get a few things. I was met by a young woman who was monitoring numbers of customers entering the store under the Covid level 2 rules. She smiled and said hello to us and to others entering the store. I then needed to ask where some items were located and the next staff member smiled and pointed to where I needed to go. She was friendly and seemed happy to stop what she was doing to help me. Finally at the checkout the man serving smiled, asked how our day was going. Despite the wearing of face masks , all three were friendly in their manner, You could tell by the eyes they all smiled, and all seemed very happy and willing to help. I was made to feel comfortable, as if I was a regular. This is really great customer service, a credit to the way this store is run and hopefully reflective of the way the staff are treated Please thank all of your staff who were working today for doing a great job.

The store is great but there public toilet has alot to be desired on using it the toilet seem clean but sitting there u can see the floor got stuff all over it and u can see around the edging it needs a good wash unsure why u would out a wet floor sign out when it looks like it hasnt been cleaned it a while

I had a nasty fall while getting out of my car. People waiting to get into the Warehouse and security rushed to help. An ambulance was called and l was in hospital for 3 weeks. The Warehouse staff phoned to see if l was ok but l haven't been able to see them to thank them yet because of covid restrictions

Always friendly service. Always well stocked. Staff willing to assist in locating items if you can't find them. Very wide range of available products. Clean and well presented store.

Ok warehouse. Not the greatest warehouse but not the worst either. Good range of items and handy location. Staff are quite variable. The 2 bearded guys are both very pleasant, efficient, and helpful with great customer service. The excellent service from these 2 guys are the sole reason (other than location) that I keep frequenting this branch. I have found the lady named Patricia to be unpleasant, arrogant, and have a real snarky attitude. The way she treats customers and staff is atrocious and I cannot comprehend why the warehouse allows someone like that around customers or other staff. I can imagine her behaviour easily making the 6pm news. Several times I have come in she has ignored me completely and I've waited around 40 mins until one of the guys previouly mentioned asked if they could help. Once I was standing in line waiting and she made snarky unprovoked comments about me to a customer immediately in front of me. I really struggle to understand why the warehouse would employ someone like this in a customer service role. Store itself seems poorly maintained at times compared to other branches but otherwise good. Unfortunately I observed security seems to target darker skinned people. As a middle aged pakeha male I very seldom get stopped but noticed polynesian people frequently seem to get profiled.
