N.Jourdan and Gordon came to site (from Hamilton) for the measure a few weeks before the big LockEmUp in Auckland. We accepted the quote to continue with the install. Jourdan kept us informed during the C19 time (this dragged on and on). This was hampered further by the Auckland factory having to close to production. Jourdan persevered and applied for an exemption to travel from Hamilton. Jourdan and Bart arrived today after having to do a Covid test to pass through the roadblock checks. Apologies for the extended review, however, needed to illustrate the level of commitment and service from WS&B. The installation went perfectly and the result is superb. From the time I first approached them , during initial consultations with Gordon and then through the installation with Brad and crew the entire experience was professional and they did an awesome job. Timings were as promised or better. The blinds look fantastic ( and I love that they are New Zealand manufactured ). They were fastidious in ensuring each blind operated perfectly and the blinds looked so great I made a second order the day the 1st ones were installed . I highly recommend these guys .
