It's fine I miss the days of getting music and games from The Warehouse I wish they'd stock more Record players and make an effort selling those.

Attempting to buy a chrome cast and Calvin at the music counter was awesome ..... checking to make sure it was going to do what it needed to as the box didn’t say Disney + on it and his one didn’t run Disney +, top service from him

Good layout, my only criticism would be the lack of social distancing during covid level 2. I know it is level 1 now but when I went it was level 2 and yes they allowed only the 100 people in store, however there was no social distancing enforced and I think that sucks. Otherwise it's a decent warehouse store with a good range of products.

After speaking to a manager for some suggestions - the activity in resolving my queries was impeccable. Not only was the paper work sorted but I had a home visit a couple days later from a technician. Well done.

Great place for practically anything, the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Even though its a big store its pretty easy to negotiate around the place. I love going there for the specials on dvds or music and sometimes clothes, they have a good size range of clothes for different sizes. And there changing rooms are nice. There outdoor plants section is a decent size with a pretty good range, I brought all my plants from there so far. I cant wait to get some more fruit trees and berry plants. Their range of storage containers is very large and i often find all sorts of wonderful containers perfect sizes to put my stuff into at home. The shoes they sell are good and they have a good variety of shapes and sizes. Overall they are a great place to shop.

This is the best warehouse store in Hawkes bay! Great variety and friendly staff. Special mention for "Owen" from entertainment. This guy is a gem! Went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. I was mucked around at the Napier store but my experience at the Hastings branch was excellent! 5 stars 🌟

Always find the staff friendly and helpful. Customer service staff member went above and beyond for a mum with a two year old and a 1 month old. Bringing my purchases to the car and packing the car. Love the staff keep up the great work 😁

The Warehouse is a great place to find the things you need. Though finding staff to help you may not always be so easy. Not every Warehouse is like this but The Warehouse Hastings may need a bit of work on staff communication. The times I have gone there and needed staff assistance in finding or getting down an item, I have either had to ask multiple times for assistance or hunt very hard to find someone who can help. Though I can say that the staff are friendly and good humored which makes up for the lack of communication.

A pretty tidy store. There's never a staff member on floor though if you need assistance with something's. Staff are generally helpful...that is when you find one. As a regular customer I would if this 3 stars, but im giving this store 4 stars because of some stand out staff members who give superior service whom are- The tall lanky older man in the gardening section- Friendly, helpful, with knowledge. The two tall solid young men at the entertainment section- Both are very friendly, approachable and have excellent knowledge in certain areas The young guy with brown hair and glasses at checkout- who is friendly, quick, has Asperger's Syndrome and I can understand how difficult it is to hold a customer service job.

Stopped at the Hastings branch. Fairly tidy for the warehouse with lots of parking though it was very busy being easrer but also sgares the area with other big stores. Good layout and wasy enough to walk around. No basketballs the day I went though they had hoops and pretty much any other ball there.

Often has clearance clothing, at decent prices. Part of a complex with other stores, so you can grab a number of items in one place. Plenty of parking.

I would rather shop at the Ware house Napier then Hastings. Hastings Warehouse is very messy hard to find things. More options and better setting at the Warehouse Napier. Warehouse customer service in Napier needs alot of work especially at the checkout.

Im from out of town. The Warehouse is a spacious building. Signage is a great help with the larger signage at ceiling deliniating & sectorising the stores major cosumer goods . So a good experiece.

Every now and then the prices get below the 20&10$ mark mens shirts pants and singlets but not alot to choose from for the BIG boys club.
