Unfortunately I got my order mixed up and received the wrong product, but when contacting customer support I was replied to fast and after providing evidence, got another reply apologising and making up for the mistake. This tells me that we're all human that make mistakes, and the staff take ownership of this and show that they really give a hoot about their customers. All in all a great experience, both past and present, and I will continue shopping here and recommend them to all my friends who vape 😁

I have been buying products from these guys for several years and have never been disappointed. Consistently great products. My favourite eliquid is the All Day Breakfast. I would recommend these guys to anyone that wants great favoured liquids.

Two orders completed so far. Loved the quick turnaround time, free delivery and each order came with a K Bar! A nice sweet touch to their orders. Would recommend ordering from this place!

Purchased my first vape from these guys to quit smoking. I love my new Caliburn and with the free shipping it arrived in Melbourne in less than a week. I had an issue with some leaking pods but I spoke with Kayne from the company and he explained that some pods do leak and kindly offered to send a replacement pack of pods with my next order. Great selection of juice with decent shipping to Australia. Prices are a tiny bit high per unit compared to U.S. though but the shipping usually makes up for it.

Have regrets buying from here instead of my normal place VapoNZ (from order to delivery takes 2-3 days at most. Vapoureyes "free" standard shipping over $50 between NZ and AU is terrible (this company can do well by being upfront and just stating clearly to allow 1-2 weeks delivery time) which is probably 99% of the time based on other reviews on Reddit. I'm still waiting after a week. Once i recieve the product, ill revisit my review and up the rating if the quality is good. Update: arrived today, perhaps I was too quick on the review. Anyway fair comment/response back reg shipping. Ive updated the rating to 2 to 4. Product is good!
