Store was tidy and we'll stocked. Staff were fabulous so friendly and helpful with suggestions. After we were dithering around in the Manchester area trying to find (an affordable) suitable teenager duvet cover we were directed to the clearance area where we found the perfect compromise. Saved heaps.

10/10 service, amazing product in store and amazing deals on curtains. We over anticipated how many curtains we required, went in store to cancel the balance of the order and they happily refunded us. We love our blackout curtains & can't believe the price we got them for!

They have some amazing deals sometimes. Got a 1OO% cotton duvet cover king size for $2O. Staff were very friendly.

Anne in the fabric section of Invercargills branch is one of those staff members that we should be able to clone! She makes every visit there easy and no fuss. She is knowledgeable about her department and just makes shopping there a breeze.

Very over stocked. Hard to get two trolleys past the front desk. And there is no way out. If you purchase at other counter u still have to line up at the front to get out of the store it's clutter and could be a fire hazard

The layout is good and I think the range of fabrics (dress and upholstery in particular) is great. However, I don't think it would be easy to move around with a stroller as the aisles are narrow.

Started using Spotlight Stores before we got one here in Invercargill. I find this store is great to go into as it doesn't have the feeling of being a mismatched store, the different areas are easy to go to. Staff are friendly, helpful in aiding you to find what you need for your crafting, etc.

My fave fave fave place for my arts & crafts. Invercargill doesn't really have much of a variety in arts/crafts stores so I'm really grateful for Spotlight Invercargill for providing me with a place that helps feed my creativity

Only problem is,no wheel chair for elderly people. This is badly needed, as it has stopped my elderly mum for shopping there as she cannot walk to the other end of the shop and also likes to look around. This shop is about the only large shop in town that does not have a wheelchair! !

This is a dangerous place to go. ..I go in thinking I will just have a look.....but come out with a bundle of stuff ....the material is brilliant can't leave it behind. Staff are very helpful and that is what I like.

Huge Crafts Store with everything to do with Arts, Crafts and even Homeware. Great staff who are always there to help, and their VIP program is favourable for the discounts. Easy parking, with the store centrally located in the CBD. Make sure you know what you need to get, because you can get sidetracked here, with all the stuff you can buy.

Very much a shop for ladies crafts and most sewing needs. They as also stock sewing machines but do not know if the attend to any service or maintenance for them. When the shop was built for them he facade of the original building was included, but it looks so unrealistic that historic places have lost interest in it. They have on site parking.

Rang today from Timaru after a bad experience with Dunedin store told me Invercargil had none of the fabric I needed and after ringing a multitude of stores found Invercargill did have the fabric I needed.
