I had a really good experience with this franchise operator, as they were helpful with the product I received and gave advice on issue regards contact head office with my complaint. I recommend shopping here in person. The same cannot be said of the company head office in Auckland. I saw a product advertised on the Herald website for $299 but was charged $349. Their response was " it was a clickbait ad from Google and we have no control over it". Good product, unsatisfactory response to misleading advertising in contravention of the Fair Trading Act, and not wanting to take responsibility for paying Google to place ads on their behalf.

Awesome service! I rang to enquire about a new robot vacuum that recently came to market and is in short supply as it's both cheaper and better than the already top rated previous model. Long story short; Matt didn't have any, but he rang around chasing stock and managed to hook me up with one that I could pick up the next day. It would have been very easy for him to say "sorry, they are out of stock", however he went above and beyond to get me the product I wanted, and his obvious enthusiasm for this specific model made me very confident it's the right choice - though I can return it if I decide it isn't within 10 days. Based on my experience I can't recommend Godfrey's Lower Hutt highly enough.

Super friendly knowledgeable staff. I'm stoked with the vacuum that was recommended and when I lost the charging cable it was super easy to get another one. Thanks Lower Hutt team, you guys are awesome!

Great product range and the people working here are fantastic. Their advice, product knowledge and friendliness made for a very well made decision. My new vac also has been put to quick use and is a massive improvement from the last one.

Always super helpful people here, they all know their products so well. I got shown a carpet cleaner which I purchased and am legit horrified at what it pulled up from my carpet. We used to use rug doctor regularly and it -never- pulled up dirt like that. I want to die. A+ store though.

We came in to have our vaccuum fixed and it was fixed on the spot for us for a very reasonable price. The guy who did it was very helpful and friendly.

Popped in because the head on my Miele was broken and even though it was just before closing they helped me out and did the repair then and there, good value to boot.

Experts in the "hard sell'. Vacuum cleaners of every type on display. They have many special sales days, but my view is that most of the sharpest pricing is for low end product.
