The store is very neat and tidy, it has a nice modern and bright feeling to it. I've been to other vape shops and the staff seem like they don't want to be there. The dude at this vape shop is always friendly and helpful and dresses professional. Very good prices and ranges. Highly recommend.

Really solid selection of juices to choose from. Excellent customer service especially from Jonte who works there always providing exactly what I need on any given day. Can't recommend a better shop to get your nic fix 😁

Excellent product range and vaping knowledge, combine that with a good chance to listen to daft punk while hanging out here and it's a 5 star experience. I always try to stop by for a visit when I'm nearby

I have previously used The Vape Shop in Petone (which is also great) but was nice to see there was a shop a bit closer now. The guy I dealt with was lovely (sorry I didn't catch your name) but he was not pushy, listened to what I was after, did not force me or sway me into buying something I didn't really want or wasn't sure about. Luckily my mod was in the half price off bin in store and the dude sorted me out a tank which was exactly what I've been trying to find for the ohm coils I like which seems to have been a huge effort to look for and/or I've just a flat out no from other vaping like stores I have visited. I was stoked and he was very generous in gifting me part of my purchase, I had also paid something forward earlier in the day so it was nice to feel it come back around. Will definitely be back and recommend - their pricing is far more competitive than a certain other chain vape store and I would encourage people to visit in store or go online to thevapeshop.co.nz 👍🙂

Excellent store. Very well stocked. I've been to other vape shops and a limited supply of stick is held, however they had everything I wanted in stock and in the variants I wanted. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
