T.Vaccination day afternoon at approx 2.05pm.
Could not pay and get out of the shop as both lanes were held up with click and collect complications.
Could not go through self service as their machines don't have a cash option.
Of course I eventually made my payment for my one lonely item, and hoped to hear some comment from the point of sale explaining that things weren't going well and maybe an apology for my long wait.
With no such comment forthcoming I wrote this review.

J.In December 2020 I went to the Warehouse Lower Hutt and the experience was very memorable. I was able to quickly find the products that I was looking for. In this case it was related to gardening products. Products like kiwigarden, dalton,and Yates are sold here. They are fine products for a gardener and anyone that has an interest in plants, trees and the natural environment. Great service, and helpful shop assistants. Thanks.
K.They have some good deal’s going on at the moment , only problem there it’s hard to find some staff when you need help.
S.During our visit today, our son fell (and cut his head). Staff (manager, RA, security) were very quick and empathetic to help with first aid. Huge THANK YOU - he's okay

Went in this store for the very first time.
CLAIRE was really good with sorting out our washing machine on laybuy this afternoon. I had bulk of questions and information to gather when this team member helped us out even when the store was really busy.
She had a charming smile throughout the whole communication and helped us in a very professional manner.

New self checkouts have sped up the paying process. Good sized fitting rooms are helpful too.

L.Great department store. Super quality! Totally recommend if you are looking for a good department store! Super low prices, sure it might not last forever, but for the price you can't complain. Other than that, it is great!
H.This place is cool of you want a cheap pair of trousers or tshirts but the problem is every thing is cheap. Not a lot of quality in any of their products, then again sometime cheap is best and other times quality is more important.
P.It's a pretty nice Warehouse. The ability to have it inside the mall is a nice bonus. It's has your typical warehouse items. I personally believe it has more toys than Petone but for certain items, Petone had more or a wider range. Staff is okay, I feel like Petone staff are more friendly and approachable, but Lower Hutt staff are okay as well.
A.Amazing prices for a lot of home stuff here but the quality of them reflect the prices.
It's absolutely huge here so you'll likely find whatever you need!

A.Great prices. Easy to find the items we went there for. Checkout operator was great. Only negative is that there were not enough checkouts open for the the number of customers.
M.Went to buy my misses a vibrator but was overwhelmed and came home with a Nerf N-Strike Alpha Force, A Deck Chair, Family Sized Toblerone and a Kettle. Truly Astonished.
P.The Warehouse in Porirua, is like The Warehouse anywhere else in the country, they have a winning formula, so lets not fix it!!
Porirua Warehouse has something special though..... Their staff. They are efficient, helpful, and courteous, to go with the usual range of products!!

G.The Big Red sheds are the epitome of cheaper shopping for all Kiwis. Before the Warehouse we had Farmers, DIC, McKenzies, Woolworths and overseas trips to do our shopping. Now the Red Shed has all these shops combined and better prices.
A.Honestly another great warehouse. All the warehouses in Wellington are fab! Got cheap Xmas cards from here recently.
