Big store with a lot off different stock, you can always find a good deal in there. The staff are not super helpful I couldn’t find a lol toy so I went ask one of the staff members for help and the kid that looks like he old enough to be son, just told me they are in the toys area. I said listen I just been looking there for the last ten minutes. He told me go look again. So went back still no luck than I ask another staff member they said sorry we have sold out. Anyways one good thing is you always find a park there. Which is very helpful. So if you could give the young kids working for you some lessons on how to be polite and more helpful.

Good selection and great layout. Had difficulty (a lot) with trying to use our biz reward card. Firstly they no longer accept the app and you need the card, then they couldn’t do split payments. Was the only sour point of the experience.

Not many people after 7.00 pm so easy shopping. Android phone charger cord was perfect and a good price thanks.

Another well sorted Red Shed. This red shed has recently been refreshed and decorated. Petone is one of Wellingtons better stocked Red Sheds with a large stock of sports equipment including water sports

One of the biggest Warehouse stores in Wellington and one of the biggest I have ever been to! Such a wide range and plenty of variety in this amazing store! Would definitely come back again, as parking is abundant and location is supreme. Staff are friendly and the self-serve checkouts are great. Unfortunately some of the prices aren't great and there are a few things out of stock, but I would definitely still love to come back!

Been great shopping here this Xmas. I think the checkout staff here are really the bees knees always so fast and efficient. Always offering a bag and making you aware of the charity's you can support. I like how the warehouse are so committed to giving back to the community and the range and quality of products are fantastic.

I love this store but the lighting in most Warehouse outlets is not adequate. I find it a bit dark compared to the competitor well lighted and clean white wall outlets.

It got a wide range of goods from clothes to electronics and foods along with kitchenware, footware, home decor and many more. In short, you name it and you get it

Excellent customer service when I rang at 8.15am today regarding a short sleeved men's shirt which was unavailable on line. The lady looked up every store and found out all I needed to know, she was so switched on.

Really great customer service from Liam at The Warehouse with a sudden out-of-the-blue faulty item I purchased for my son at Christmas. I'm getting constant updates from The Warehouse and the repairer. While we don't have the item back just yet, so far they have been more than professional, attentive and on the ball. So far, so good. Happy to give an honest review upon the verdict or repaired item back.

Staff were real awesome to deal with today. The man who help me in electronics/dvds was knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to him. As I'm visually impaired I could not read his name or any others. However Thanks to the staff at Petone Warehouse for a great shopping experience especially at this time of year.

This place is pretty big. Good choice for people who like cheap stuff. Quality is not too bad. 12$ for this pair of shoes. Let's see how long it will survive.

The Warehouse is my favorite shop. At times they slash prices by half or more. Recently bought a 14 inch laptop for $299 which outperforms my expensive Sony laptop 5 times or more. Customer service good as well.

I had the misfortune of falling in one of potholes in the warehouse carpark a few months ago. The staff were absolutely amazing and I note that the holes have been filled in. Exceptional job by the warehouse staff and management.

Under staffed and poor customer service. Was after an Xbox and was told by customer service that there is one available. Waited for 20 minutes to get someone at the "Entertainment" counter then found the game that comes with it is at the storage, another 10 minutes waiting. Finally Jessie (I think is the store manager) got the game, got the console and found a note on the box. Turns out it was held for someone else. I basically waited half an hour for nothing. Not happy. Change it to 3 stars because 1 bad experience shouldn't represent all the good work they have done at other times.

Big range, prices have crept up over the years, quality of womenswear is a bit pathetic compared to menswear but you don't come to The Warehouse for clothes meant to last a lifetime.
