With a website tag line of "Helping you look after yourself and the planet", I was hoping I was going to receive a product that was great for the environment and suited my needs. I was really disappointed that I received them in plastic bag in a courier bag. The courier bag was at least home and commercially compostable. The internal plastic bag appears not. The boxers are very lightweight and the size I ordered (Medium) was spot on. They come with two tags - one that is paper-based and is designed to be removed once you have noted the washing and drying instructions. The other shows the date of manufacture, size and product code. Not sure why the information is not included on a single removable tag. They have a strong elastic waistband which I am hoping is made up of a component of the advertised 30% organic cotton, but I'm beginning to think not. Would I buy this again? If the raw materials were imported into New Zealand and manufactured here at a higher price, yes. I want to support local suppliers, but more so, I want to support local manufacturers. It's my fault. I should have done more homework.
