R.I very seldom write reviews however I feel the need to let this company know how amazing both their customer service and their equipment is. If I could add an extra star I would. I live overseas and was concerned about the international transaction, however not only was I helped with all my queries but also with patience and detailed knowledge of their product. I would 100 % recommend this company for all your needs. My equipment arrived in pristine order and I will definitely order from them again.
P.I had a detailed conversation with Terrie on a Sunday as to which telescope to buy for my boys as beginners.
She took the time out of her day to talk me through things and actually pointed me to a less expensive more appropriate option to the one I was looking at.
Ordered on the Monday morning and arrived Tuesday.

I subsequently ordered an additional lens and this too arrived on time perfectly. NZ Telescopes really are a great company to deal with.
D.I have been wanting a telescope for a long time and started doing a little reading on the subject. The first thing was to understand the difference between refractor and reflector telescopes. After getting an idea of what i wanted i contacted Telescopes NZ and spoke with Terrie. Wow! Terrie is a bundle of knowledge and gave me a good run down on the many differences and accessories available to get the best out of a telescope. Upon making my decision i received the telescope 2 days later and setting it up was a breeze because of the information Terrie had imparted, plus, the instruction manual. Telescopes NZ are a great company to deal with and i highly recommend them.
