Wow im so very overwhelmed with the phone call i made and i am amazed with the quick response i got as im having a hard time at the moment as i have just joined up with layaway but had to cancel because i lost my job because of covid..the lady that helped me was so amazing words can not express she helped me just like that thank you so much 💓 💖 ❤ if there was a 10 star i would have given her that no problem 😊 ❤ she definitely deserves that thank you again Elizabeth Walters ❤

My call was handled expertly by Ayris. From the security questions to updating my address. She went on to make sure all my customer details are correct. The entire call was handled professionally and in a friendly manner My 2nd time dealing with Ayris. I can't fault her handling of my call and my query. After my call I received the SMS text as arranged by Ayris. Whether by coincidence or not; I also received a 2nd SMS text regarding the remainder of my order. Originally I'd been told that delivery was scheduled for May 25th so the earlier date is much appreciated.

So I spoke to a very friendly and helpful customer service rep named Ayris, she was right to the point and very informative and made sure I understood what was happening she was efficient and made sure that I didn't have any other enquiries before ending the call I was very happy with the service I received and I also recommend layaway as they are easy to deal with and their pricing is reasonable. Today Monday 21st Feb 22 I spoke to the lovely lorlyn as I needed to know the status of my account she was very friendly and helpful and was very patient withe as my fone decided to lag on me she informed me of the status of my account and also helped me to sign into the customer portal so I can see things for myself ony account she has wonderful customer service skill a beautiful manner and also very helpful. I recommend her for people who are not tech savvy she is awesome and I also highly recommend layaway as well l, 10/10 service for me

It is not everyday one comes across a Customer Service Agent who has patence when teaching a 69year old how to fix a problem on a SMART TV over the phone. Rogger Sharma showed repore, respect and very supportive when delivering the steps on how to complete the task at hand. Although it took 2hrs 30mins he remained calm, friendly and positive. He deserves to be recognised for his generous warm approach to his customers. He deserves a raise Layaway. Oh and he sold me a 55" TV. Thank you ROGGER SHARMA. AAAA++++

I politeness of the person who I talked to was absolutely excellent. Marvin Raguine 5was well mannered and easy to understand. She pointed me in the right direction and she apologized for someone's miss communication and I thanked Nanette for that. She didn't try and push me to get me to buy something I didn't want to get which I usually get from other phone operators. In a nut shell, my experience with this person was a 10 out of 5, 1 being bad and 5 being awesome, so thank you so much

I contacted the customer service and was appointed a service manager Bela Saga. She was very apologetic and got on to the ordering of my TV with that they also offered us a free wireless tube speaker. When I received the product the box and speaker was damaged I informed Bela immediately and she apologized also she send another speaker as an apology. Service was great she was very helpful and fast as responding to my emails. I will highly recommend this company. Update: 18th Feb 2022 I bought an Apple iPad and my agent this time.e is Jesse. He is very polite and very informative 👍, he sounds like a very hard working guy. As always customer service is great and very helpful.
