R.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable with a great range of pet products on offer. They no longer sell animals and (at a National level) have chosen instead to support local rescues encouraging people who go in looking for animals instead visit their local SPCA or other rescues.

P.Ordered 2 bags of Eukanuba one for a German Sheperd and another one for a small breed-The staff was very helpful always with a smile and even carried the 2 big bags to my vehicle.That's fantastic customer service.They definitely know how to make you feel important-Definitely makes you want to come back.I'll recommend everyone to pay a visit over there ,you won't regret the customer experience-Keep up the good work team.

A.I brought my miniature pinser dog in for the diy dog wash.... we were greeted with friendly helpful staff... they made us feel extremely welcome... what a great team... will definitely be recommending everyone I know to take your pets and visit
B.First time taking my puppy in store, great staff and environment for him and I both. Staff assisted with finding the correct size harness for him too
