H.Nice and clean in store. Went to see if my teenage daughters could find clothes for Xmas presents but there was nothing that appealed to their age range. Not sure if they don't have new shipments in or they don't cater for 11-13 yr Olds.

S.Friendly helpful staff, unfortunately 2 items I bought with a large sign saying 30percent off didn't qualify, very small writing saying the brand I wanted didn't apply, this brand shouldn't have been in display
S.Really helpful staff. A little expensive but good quality clothes. Children's toys are reasonably priced.
L.Farmers Masterton was excellent, firstly staff went out of there way to help, l can do nothing but praise them, when ever l have needed help, nothing was to much trouble right down to Carol who sets up accounts etc.
If the clothing was not in stock, no time at all the order arrived from another store, plenty of parking in basement area, front and back entrances, so no problems there.
Lovely clean and appealing shop, set out nicely.
There are different ways to pay, that is always helpful, the clothing is good quality, very good selection to pick from, and a very good price range, with specials all the time on different items, what more could you ask for, in my option
this is a excellent place to shop, do try it.

B.I had an issue with another branch and head office sending the wrong bit of furniture. Zara did a fantastic job with sorting things out with the Assistant Manager. Thanks to both Zara and Sam, the correct item is being supplied. Problem solved quickly with minimum fuss. I'm impressed with their customer service.

J.I went in for something in particular. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Quick service and the store was presented immaculate.
j.A very nicely laid out department store. Displays are nicely set out with plenty of space to view. FREE 3 hour underground parking for customers is an absolutely winner! Some excellent store discounts made shopping here even more rewarding.

C.Staff were helpful and offered advice on sizing. They had a great range of underwear for my young teen too, even having bras at a size 8AA. Store very well presented and clean with good quality clothing. You need to try and hit the sale days with your club card as otherwise it's a bit pricey but a great shopping experience.

A.Every time I visit Masterton Farmers I always recieve full smiles from all employees, who are warm and friendly, and get asked if i need any help. If you cant find what you need they will find it or know where to send you if need be. Always a satisfied custom each time I leave.
R.Service at the counter was very good but not providing a bag to carry several pieces of clothing is just bad service by a department store.... as is expecting customers to pay for bags. Surely you still have a margin built into your products to cover some form of carry bag.?? Maybe it is time to get organised and shop online. - NO service seems to be the trend. Not good and believe it is just an excuse on behalf of retailers to gain more profit less service.
C.Had a very lovely young lady offer to show me the thin lizzy foundation range. She matched it to my skin and was so helpful. I ended up purchasing the products.

D.Good range of products, from homewares to clothes, kids to electronics. Generally very good. My only criticism would be some slightly pedantic argument from staff over "incorrectly" priced sale items (we're talking a few dollars, not 100s) that they initially refused to sell to us as it was the "old prices".
s.One of my favorite stores, there's something for everyone. They have great sales, very friendly staff. The store is always clean and tidy. They have just introduced oxipay which is amazing g as well. Highly recommend

D.When I was growing up in Masterton the 'Farmers' were known as a good family store. I bought my first watch there, and my first pair of Hippie trousers.
A few years ago Farmers NZ was sold and the new owners, instead of closing the store, upgraded it ! Farmers is still that family store, but now stocking top of the range goods also. These range from TV's to makeup, furniture to clothing and beds to toys.
And their 'SALES', wow, offer really good discounts, and you will be guaranteed to pick up a bargain.
A bonus is the staff who have many years of experience, offering that 'Friendly Farmers service' we have come to expect.
Finally it is such a Joy to wonder through 'Farmers' Masterton; a beautiful store.
