B.I have to say this is one of my favourite shops. All of their products are high quality and there's a massive variety both in the store and online. Another big wow factor for me is the fact I can easily navigate my wheelchair throughout the entire store.
I mostly use their website for shopping. I love the sales, you are guaranteed to find some wonderful products at really low prices.
M.Briscoes is a great chain for many useful household items. The have regular fantastic sales with great discounts. It does not matter what you are hunting for, be it glassware kitchenware or bedroom items. If you need suitcases you will get a good price. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Great shoppong

T.Went in to buy a kettle .... disappointed in their sales strategy .... only one colour of any specific type of kettle on sale, and none available in the sale colour of the type we wanted. Found a brilliant one at KMart and saved even more money!!!

N.Great value, always have a sale so if you need something you just wait a bit til it's up. Unfortunately it's too crammed, they need a larger building. There is the occasional head to head with trolleys and someone has to back up. Otherwise, very friendly staff and ease of returns of there is an issue. I wished though they'd have a database system of customers and purchases like Super cheap Auto, so no receipts were required. They may get a tad more claims from those that'd loose receipts, bit for being so customer focused they'd win clients away from other stores that didn't have it.
K.Marvelous EVA of Napier branch. There was an item on special, so we went to buy it, only to be told that it was sold. We suggested they put a sold sign on it, and might there be another available elsewhere? Quick check on the computer, but no more anywhere sorry. Back in a week later, and the item was still there. Hoping the buyer had defaulted, we inquired again, this time of Eva. No, still sold, still no sold sign, but Eva says, there's 2 in Hastings. She calls Hastings, one sold yesterday, the last 2hrs ago. Undaunted, Eva says to leave it with her. Got a call next day to say she had one on it's way from South Island. Big call-out to Eva. Thanks so much.

S.Shop was great, just lacking in service on purchasing only 1person who called for backup twice and line of customers of whom some put products down and walked out. Not a great look Napier Briscoes

Y.Went to look for kitchen ware. Shelves bit messy, not as big of a selection of kitchen gadgets as before? Store is Quite crowded with merchandise. Microwaves on the floor,have to bend and peer for prices!! Good curtain and bedroom items selection.
A.I've had a couple of fantastic retail experiences at this branch. Their service is excellent. Don't ever pay full price though, wait for one of their very frequent sales.
