G.Love the fact that the staff can answer any questions you fire at them and damn try if they cant.
Stock is well priced.

K.Great place for work essentials plus Customer service from Lana is excellent, why ? Because she goes out of her way to make you feel like a valued customer....I needed plastic bags for our market day on a Sunday and unfortunately they did not stock any that is currently on their webpage but instead of saying "sorry we don't have any" Lana went out back and found enough ( actually 500!) for me to use, and that to me was awesome service.
