J.We purchased an Azure Premier 4 person spa almost one year ago. Wayne and his team were (and still are) the epitome of professionalism during a very trying time of delay after delay due to Covid (ordered in November 2020 and arrived in February 2021). However, despite this the team had our best interests at heart and the silver lining for the delays was an amazing upgrade from a 2 person to the 4 person due to the Black Caps Special for not much more than what we had been quoted on the original purchase. The delivery went without a hitch and full set up and instruction was provided. We have had prompt service for all future dealings with the team when getting chemicals etc. Buying a spa thru Wayne at Hot Springs Spa Napier has been one of the best investments we have made, particularly as we train to compete in iron man distance events later this year. Relaxing in it after exercise helps the muscles recover quickly. The cost to run it is very nominal at only $30-40 extra per month (compared to 100-150 for cheaper brands). Although the initial outlay is more than some brands, the economy of running them and the pre and after sales service is worth the extra cost. Being able to have friends and family join in a spa date is epic. The Azure comfortably seats 4 people even though it is smaller than some 4 person spas. G.Recently purchased a Spa from Hot Spring Napier. Wayne, Darren and Tony are amazing. Had no idea about spas or where to start. Wayne and Darren were fantastic to talk to and answer all the questions I had. Everything was smooth and easy. Tony turned up with the Spa, did the entire set up for us and spoke us through step by step what to do. Our family is so grateful for the friendly and efficient service. Fabulous service - would recommend to anyone!
c.purchased a beam spa from the team at hot springs spas Napier ,after researching on the net and found these spas are probably the best around.took a while to arrive because of covid 19 .but was installed in September 2021 and it looks awesome ,and it is a great way to relax after a hard day.has made only a small increase to the power bill.
the team at hot spring a vey helpful and friendly made the whole thing easy, great shop and location.i would highly recommend any one thinking of a spa pool to check these guys out they are awesome .thanks guys for the service and the great pool.

L.Wayne and the team at Hot Spring Spa made purchasing and installing our spa an easy process. As an added bonus we were given plenty of advice and useful tips to make operating the spa an easy process. The grandchildren liked the water cascade and the lights.

a.we bought a Hot Springs Spa about 5 weeks ago and have used it almost every day, we love it! I was initially concerned the novelty might wear off but no way, I look forward to an evening spa more each time, it is so relaxing and its great for my muscle aches and we are sleeping really well. I also though my man might not be as keen as me but he has proved me wrong and often is first to get in. The features are great and the only argument is what colour lights to put on! I can only highly recommend getting a spa.
J.Living the dream! Thanks to Wayne and his team for their excellent customer service. We purchased our amazing 6 seater spa pool and had it promptly delivered just prior to Xmas. We love it. We sit, relax, laugh and chat - even if our 5 & 6 year old splash a bit it's been great for us connecting as a family without any devices. Totally recommend it!

We have our own Firewood Company so very often come home from a hard day of work and can hardley move, having a soak in our spa means we can move the next day!
