I.Great place and they always do great deals so keep an eye out for them!! The boys did a price match for me on a order I came to pick up and they got a huge amount of money back which I'm sure they probably didn't have to Dom we ordered quite a lot of things for our new house, and it took them about half an hour to go through and price check. Really appreciated that and will continue to shop here and encourage others to do the same!!
S.Felt abit ripped off, bought a pergola that was supposed to be 3x3 mtrs which ended up being 2.6 yes they said we could return it, but we had to get some one to deliver it for us, also the day my husband went in they had dropped another $100 of the price, so not only did we get something smaller than we wanted but paid more for it
R.Sale day so the store was a bit dishevelled after people had dragged things out. A few holes in the inventory especially for a supposedly big sale.
A.Great large store to get your home needs. Mind you, Briscoes always has sales, so don't buy anything if it isn't on sale!
C.Always clean and tidy and easy access to products. Helpful staff are always polite and helpful

C.Was alright, being a brand new store, the off-gassing of the carpet and vinyl etc was absolutely atrocious, the stench gave me a strong headache after about 5 minutes...
Range left something to be desired... I expect that to get more diverse relatively quickly.
Good new spot for the store though - near to the Warehouse and Countdown.
P.I love the new Briscoes store. The layout is easy to follow. Staff are super helpful. Plenty of good parking available too.
T.Expensive but quality abit better maybe
W.Went to get some beach towels. Had a sign with 50%discount. Got to the paypoint and discovered they weren't on discount. Took a while for staff to locate the actual towels that were discounted. Got fed up and left. Disappointed 😥.

This shop is a great asset to Nelson .
J.Great variety and great specials, especially on long weekends. Parking on Sunday is difficult due to the Sunday market running from the carpark. However I think this is a positive as I could get a coffee on my way out after buying what I needed at Briscoes!

V.Jannette? Supervisor ? was amazing. Spoke on phone this morning where she gave me good sound advise on bedding. Visited store at 4.30 for an hr and spent $300 and served by same person. She was helpful, genuine and made the whole experience pleasurable. Without her I doubt I would have spent as much. Very happy customer.

C.Store was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly enough but the store lacked the specials that were advertised. This was evident as there were a lot of gaps on the shelves making the shop presentation look hollow and lacking in substance.

T.Staff are pleasant and we got exactly what we were looking for which similiar shops didn't have in stock. It also cost us less than we expected. Very pleased indeed but we generally are with Briscoes. 👍

W.I bought a George foreman blender here some weeks ago, had a small issue with rubber band snapping, went back when I got the time, the were friendly and acted upon the warranty quite fast, now I have a working blender for my banana smoothies again.
