L.I was kinda offended by a staff members attitude towards me after approaching her, saying "Hi, I need to return an item". No one was at counter. The girl took item from me and said - "What's wrong with it!!". I said nothing is wrong with the item, I have the receipt and explained why it was not suitable. Maybe this girl needs to think about how and what she needs to asked when a customer approaches for help.
Turning a blind eye - All in all a happy out come. Lots to see in the shop.
But be aware - when you return and item you don't get a refund, you have to spend the amount you had already spent.
A.What a great shop, just what we needed in New Plymouth, has costumes, accessories, balloons, almost anything you could think of for a shop that has party supplies, there's even a helium station for all your helium balloon needs
g.Awesome store, helpful staff , really clean and tidy place to visit, They got so many things such as party ware, kitchenware, hardware, costumes, wigs, fabric, stationary…. Will visit again ☺️
