J.I mean you can't go wrong with this shop. I was trying to find some kids bedding sets and the warehouse literally had nothing . Came to spotlight not to be disappointed they had piles on piles of kids stuff . Even got me walking around the whole shop with all the good specials and you have an absolutely awesome retail superstar at your front counter he's always been there when I've come in and hes always had an amazing attitude and very friendly!
A.I have been into spotlight twice in the last 2 days and both times I have had exceptional service in the curtain dept from 2 different younger sales staff. They both went above and beyond to help. Service that often is lacking in other places certainly isn't here. Well done team. Thanks for going the extra mile. Your employers should be very proud to have you on their team
R.As a very regular customer my experience in store is most often great. However, I wish items were priced. And Gold card holders are made aware of the discount they may be entitled to.
c.Spacious and has everything we needed to complete our project. Could use a few more double sheets though lol.

H.Always busy. Often out of stock of items which can be annoying. There is a lovely girl at the checkout with a hearing impairment whom may get you to write down your phone number, to input your spotlight card. She was very polite, helpful and I feel more favorable towards spotlight in having staff with disability front and centre. They would benefit habing more staff on the floor overall as it can take time to get assistance and they have so many products that require assistance to access or require expert help.

C.Spotlight is perfect for all of your projects and ideas. I recently acquired a sewing machine from them and it is hours of fun and, whenever I need materials or accessories for my project, the spotlight staff and always there to help. Great quality items too

Just a bit of concern was that we tried phoning the store and had no response except to the call center were the lady was of no help at all why can we not reach the store manager

l.Great place to shop. 1st time there. Very friendly helpful staff. Got all the items I went shopping for plus a few extras.
C.Sometimes quite a long wait to get served. Usually has most items that I am looking to purchase but just lately there have been empty pegs which is probably due to Covid.
H.If you go in there feeling bored and frustrated you will find something to inspire you. They have excellent specials too if you've a tiny budget for creativity. The staff know their stuff!

P.If Mitre-10 Mega is colloquially known as "Man Land" this is definitely "Heaven" for the girls. But not so! As a male, I love it here for the craft supplies, but also the great selection of value-for-money quality homewares. I even have my own Spotlight VIP Member card which is a surprise when they ask my wife for one.
A.Got good bargains in curtain material. And a sewing machine trolley. Staff friendly. Heaps of material and wool to choose from. Lots of stock and some good specials.
