Good customer service. Friendly staff.

I have a letterbox with a lid that is hinged at the bottom and kept closed by two springs. Without them, the lid flops forward and hangs loosely, exposing the mail and newspapers to wind and rain. I called into Farm Source for replacements but they had none. They did have the letterboxes. The man on the counter was amazing. He phoned the supplier to order two springs, then got one of their stock letterboxes, removed the springs and sold them to me. Now THAT's service. His name is Craig. He, and the store, get five stars from me. Thanks Craig.
