I ordered a tea towel with a family recipe to be printed on it just before Christmas. Digitees shut down for the Christmas break. They advised my order should be with me about 17 January 2022. I sent them an email 07 January asking if it was possible for me to get the tea towel sooner as it was needed. Digitees came to the party and I received it 10 January, this is great service. The teatowel looks great, just what I pictured, I have showed it to my friends, they like it as well. Thank you Digitees

Amazing service from Tracey. She responded immediately to my query, sent me a mock of the T-shirt design I wanted with quote. The online quote approval system was very quick and easy. I needed to get the Tshirt on time for my sons birthday so used to urgent service for $5 extra which was definitely worth it. T-shirt has just arrived a day early and is perfect- exactly what I asked for- will definitely be using this company again- this was my first time. Thanks heaps Tracey.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the tee shirt is great. Thicker than most tee shirts the print I wanted came out really good. The sizing is a bit bigger than what I would have bought in stores but I will keep that in mind for next time. Very quick to deliver exactly what I wanted. I recently ordered some tees from here with my own design on them and the quality was as good as it gets! I ordered a bulk amount and there was some faint rubbing on just one of the tees which they replaced with a new tee immediately so you can guarantee you’ll get quality assurance from them - love supporting NZ businesses and I’ll definitely be buying again

A+ for customer service and quality! DigiTees is one of our suppliers for our 'Kiwi As' clothing (photos you can wear for the whole family). Customer service is their specialty--so responsive to the multiple orders we've placed, good timeliness and everything has arrived in great condition. The printing is extremely professional and the shirts are of the highest quality (and are ethically sourced). I haven't found another business in New Zealand that offers such great service. I did a lot of research before choosing the t-shirt printing business for a special project - and Digitees not only stood out as the one to go with but completely exceeded my expectations. I ordered 23 t-shirts in different sizes with front and back printing and they were made and delivered in under a week. The user interface on their website was so easy to use, saved my designs so I could come back and make changes before purchase and the final product colour and print quality is way better than I imagined! The team had outstanding communication throughout and the whole experience was flawless! It was also cost effective on product, printing and postage compared to other businesses I looked at. Honestly couldn't recomment them enough!
