J.Honestly Sam is AMAZING to deal with, this is my second time buying a watch from Sam, and honestly I’d rather go back to him again and again. Also keep in mind, I’ve never met Sam, I live in Auckland and I bought both watches at separate occasions online only, but I’ve emailed him and had a chat to him, and based on that I can tell you hands down, this man is GENUINE and humble!! Honestly Sam thank you so much for your business and being humble, hard to see that in a businessman these days.

I had one type of Fossil watch I was set on buying, and of all other stores all over NZ, Goldsack&Co was the ONLY store that offered the watch in a different colour, AND at a great price too👍 On their site they offer overnight shipping, which I think is a great service. Although I bought my product late in the afternoon, I received my order early the day after! With a reassuring email from Sam himself confirming that it would arrive early. Long version: I brought my new Casio watch to Mister Minit for resizing but the staff screwed it up, not only scratching the titanium band and losing the pin tubes, he used brute force to hammer the pins that did not fit. After i received it, the pins fell off and i nearly dropped my watch on the ground. Fortunately, the amazing staffs from Goldsack managed to fix it for me.
H.I ordered a new watch via their website (taking advantage of the stocktake sale) and it was delivered the next day. Sam was brilliant in answering a few questions about the watch before I made the purchase - great customer service and very happy with the watch. Thank you!

A.Had my Tissot watch battery replaced here - Was a bit disappointed. Expected a bit of care done on it at the same time however it wasn't even quickly polished. Prices were ok - Water testing was a bit excessive.
Have had work done at other places where they have tightened and ultra sonically cleaned etc.. It's the little things that matter to a customer.
Would recommend but probably won't use again.
