C.I have dealt with Harvey Norman's for a few years and I have had a great experience. I have rental properties and I have done up a few houses and so I have needed appliances on a regular basis. Ocassionally some appliances have had issues and they have always sorted it out promptly and accepted when a replacement was needed. On the whole most appliances have worked for.many years.
C.Just bought a replacement tablet for our 5 year old daughter. The salesman was very helpful and gave us a great discount too! Definitely our go-to store for computers and appliances.
M.I had tried to get my oven repaired for over a year, with various staff saying they will get the agents out, I even had an email from a staff member saying to expect contact soon, this was before Christmas, so it has been an uphill battle to try and get my oven fixed. Until I saw Donna in whiteware, after explaining all to her, she hopped on the computer, and a couple of days later I finally got it booked in, and then repaired! If it wasn't for Donna, the service would fall apart, she is truly a team member that needs to be recognized.
O.Friendly staff. I like to print pictures from camera and phone here. The quality, waiting and price have been very good.

C.bought a nokia phone on thursday , on line. it arrived on saturday a.m.it was very well packaged for protection.Large FRAGILE sticker!! well done H.N. very impressive.
P.Donna in White Ware was most helpful, Donna had helped previously perchancing a oven quite a few years ago , good customer service 👍

T.They do price match if you ask nicely. So, always bring your phone with PBTech.co.nz website open. Search for what you want to buy and show them the price. It saves me the trip to welly if I need to buy something from PBTech.

E.Adin Victor served me. I walked in in despair as my loved laptop was broken and desperately needing a new one. Adin was fantastic. He sold me the best laptop that suited me well. They loaded everything I needed into the laptop as well as transfered all my old lappy stuff into my new lappy. Awesome service. Adin is a great asset to the company. Dont lose him.
J.Seriously impressed by the wonderful experience and service at this store this past week. Main purchase was a Tablet (Surface Pro 6) of which I'd had no prior knowledge or experience. Thanks to Matt, Ramon and Callum's patience, professsionalism, explanations, sales-service and courtesy I'm absolutely thrilled with it (and its cost). S.Actually one of the better Hardly Normal stores I've shopped at... except for this one, slightly stalkery, saleswoman who chased me around trying to sell me a laptop I didn't want. You know when you deliberately avoid eye contact and try to slip away as inconspicuously as possible? But then they just keep following you? Eventually bought a really good Bosch Dishwasher and they did a great deal on an extended warranty. Didn't buy the laptop.
K.Thanks Harvey Norman. Bought a vacum cleaner from you and one week later I found one small part was faulty and needed replaced.Part ordered on Friday and arrived Tuesday. Also great prices and service behind the products you sell.Over the last 5 years I have purchased 2 stoves one washing machine, 2 TV's and many small appliances. Your staff are so helpful that I always come to you first although you are a good 3/4 hour drive away.
