Definitely better than 5 stars. Our new floor looks amazing. From their shop floor to our floor, they made the whole process easy and the price was really good. The staff are very friendly and give you the personal touch. We chose LVP and the end result is a floor with a flawless finish.

Fantastic product and service. The team were all lovely and very helpful. We got our vinyl and carpet replaced throughout our home and their team did a great job. We had some unexpected issues with the flooring underneath our old carpet which was discovered when it was removed and the team were very accomodating in helping us get it sorted and working through the inconvenience. We really appreciated their work and would highly recommend!

Great people to work with. They made making a decision so easy and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen flooring was installed at relatively short notice and looks great! Kerry, Jo and team provided the best service. They were professionalevery step of the way and extremely accommodating of my particular needs. In a world where we are waiting an age for service provision, the team got the vinyl ordered and fitted in an impressive time frame. A big plus for me was the awesome communication and responsiveness to my (multiple) queries. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Absolutely wonderful people to work with from start to finish. Their knowledge helped us choose the right flooring for our kitchen & dining room. Kerry and Joanne went out of their way to help us in every way. Our kitchen floor looks fabulous. We are so glad we used Flooring Design Porirua.

We have just had carpet installed throughout he house. It looks amazing and I just want to thank Kerry, Jo and Theresa for the brilliant product advice and service they provided. Also, a special thank you to Josh, the excellent carpet installer. He is a really nice guy, and it was a pleasure having him in our home for the two days it took. Excellent service - recarpet done October 2021 - 100% happy with the service and install. I was expecting some issues with post lockdown delays but it was all done as promised. Also had lino done at the start of this year - that had been delayed with Covid freight issues (had already known stock choice needed shipping) but we were kept well informed and the install was excellent. Will definitely use again - have had some really bad experiences with installs in the past so really happy with service this time.

We were recommended Flooring Design to recarpet our house by a friend, so went and paid a visit to their Semple Street store. Theresa was our first in store contact - extremely welcoming and her guidance and knowledge around carpet types set the tone for the whole process. Owners Kerry & Jo then came and did the the measure, talked about options including minimizing seams. Within 48 hours we had a detailed laying plan & quote - this included an option that we agreed, to have movers come in and move furniture around the 3 levels while the layers were in. Then 2 painless days to complete the laying and we had our house totally recarpeted. Unbelievable job lead by Kerry, Jo & Theresa from Flooring Design, backed up by the furniture moving boys from Cameron Ryan Transport and the two layers. Absolutely recommend this team - you won't be disappointed - thank you.

From start to finish our interactions with Jo and the team were outstanding. Efficient, friendly and focused service, nothing was too much trouble, great range of flooring options, knowledgable of the products, super organised and service was spot on. My husband and I walked into flooring Design Porirua quite by chance and were totally impressed with Theresa's product knowledge, passion and customer service so decided to get a quote. Kerry then came over and spent some time explaining and fine tuning ideas and recommendations suitable for our place. We then booked and dealt with Jo who was incredibly efficient, friendly and exceptional at communicating. The processes used by the company are clear and easy to read and understand. We have now had both the hard floor and carpet installed throughout our house and can say that the installers, without doubt, are the best in the business. Our floors are absolutely stunning and working with Flooring Design has been nothing but a pleasure from start to finish. The company as a whole works like a well oiled machine. Jo, Kerry and Theresa were amazing to deal with. I walked into the shop not expecting to find what I was after but Jo’s helpfulness won me over and I didn’t want to look anywhere else. The service we received in the shop, on the phone/email and at our house from everyone was just fantastic, you definitely didn’t feel like just another customer. Jo went out of her way to find us the right lino for our laundry to match the kitchen. We loved it so much we stocked up on the materials for our other areas where we want to replace the flooring. Aaron who laid the lino tiles did a fantastic job. We love the materials we choose and his attention to detail was great. Very happy with the service and workmanship. Would recommend Porirua Flooring Deign to anyone.

Thank you to the Flooring Design team, Kerry,Jo and Theresa for the seamless experience, from when I first walk into the store and spoke to Theresa to the installation of my new carpet. Fantastic service from start to finish! Teressa was great from the onset; assisting with ideas and examples. A quick turn around from ordering to installation with Kerry and Jo helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Highly recommended and will be using Flooring Design on the next flooring project.

Heads up for carpet laying. We have just had our house fully recarpeted and what an amazing job Flooring Design Porirua have done. So easy to deal with and very professional in their workmanship and service. Arranged everything including Cameron Ryan Transport to move the furniture. It took two days and everything went smoothly according to plan. Highly recommend Flooring Design Porirua and Cameron Ryan Transport.

Why wouldn’t you use Flooring Design?!! I won’t go anywhere else now I’ve experienced their excellent service first hand. Great communication..... kept in contact with start date and time for the job. Really polite and friendly...... easy to trust their advice! The carpet layers were amazing too. Did a good vacuum tidy up at the end. Nothing to complain about!

Amazing customer service! Wouldn't fault a thing, we did our kitchen flooring and it is immaculate. Can't wait to post before and after photos once our kitchen is finished. Will definitely be coming back in the near future and wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but Flooring design Porirua :)

Great service. Had new vinyl plank flooring installed in kitchen, bathroom & hallway, looks fantastic! The installers were great and good communication before and during the installation from the team. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Pororua Flooring Design. The service was fantastic and I would definitely go to them again.

Carpet laying was done well at the arranged time. We had an arrangement for furniture to be moved out and back, and there was an overnight delay in moving the furniture back. The actual carpet and laying was well done. Very happy with the job.
